Recently I was looking to switch from the big bank. Tandia's staff was welcoming. They took the time and recognized my needs to match products and services to them. I would strongly recommend making the switch, it was well worth it. Thanks Tandia!
The Tandia staff at this location go above and beyond to ensure all my financial needs are are taken care of. The friendliness at this location reminds me of why credit unions are always a better option than the big banks.
I was looking into switching mortgage providers and decided to go with Tandia. The service was impeccable! There was care and consideration given that I have not experienced with other banking institutions. The service was individual and I was not made to feel pressured into any decisions, everything was carefully explained. Ms. McNeil is wonderful!!!
I have been very happy with the staff and service that I received since I have been a member of the Brantford branch. The staff have always gone over and above to satisfy my needs. I definitely think that this is a superb , knowledgeable group of staff and recommend the Brantford branch of Tandia for anyone looking for truly personalized service.
Getting worse and worse. How many more times will I login and receive a message saying there is a system problem or there is an error without any indication of what the error is. Add to that they are closed on Saturdays. It’s becoming more Mickey Mouse by the minute.
The staff at Tandia in Brantford are such a delight! Always willing to offer sound financial advise and help where necessary. Thank you for consistently making my banking experience a seamless one.
Incompetent staff can not read credit reports and want to Google employers. Very disappointed from the level of Financial literacy their Mortgage/Loans staff possess. It OK to not lend and have your own lending criteria. But its Not OK to treat prospective clients like criminals and ask racially motivated questions.
I have banked with this institution for several years. They have always demonstrated professionalism and handled my banking needs in a respectful and timely manner. I have recommended this branch and it’s services to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.
I visited the Brantford branch and was very impressed with the service. The employees were very helpful and I would recommend Tandia to anyone looking for financial services.
Tandia Brantford is an amazing CU and Branch to deal with and their staff could not be more competent and customer service oriented. I recommend them 100%.
