CIBC Branch & ATM

I have never had an issue with any of the staff at this branch. I honestly don't understand why everyone else is having such a hard time. I suppose I have more patience and my expectations aren't as high as everyone else's...

The worst one of the only cibc in town, I drive there to use my bank.. and they have the doors locked. You should be able to access the atms when needed ,

Terrible bank provides confidential information to people without concent talks in circles can't give u answers or do the job their paid to tells u call 1800 numbers might as well have a virtual bank you couldn't ask for any poorer service this bank is abolsute joke don't waste your time.

I visited this branch to wire transfer the fund in USD above 25K. Teller girl asked help from her coworker Sarah. Since I requested to waive the transfer fee then Sarah suggested to use Global money transfer. Global transfer is not applicable to transfer from USD account to USD account because there is no currency conversion. When I explained her then I told wire transfer is the only option. I did multiple times in the past so I am aware of the process. Problem with her was, she was not ready to listen. Anyway, ultimately after some discussion, I decided not to transfer the fund from this branch becuase of her attitude the way she talked. One of the interesting fact, in the absence of branch manager she is on vacation for this week. no one was confident to do the work. Hope, branch will coach their team members to handle the situations friendly and calmly and improve customer service. I understand branch teller member has some limitation. FYI.. I mostly dealt with branch in GTA and on telephone, my experience is good.

Avoid this bank at all costs. Horrible to deal with. A complete and massive headache.
