Too bad you have to click on a star, because this bank/branch doesn't deserve any. Rude, condescending, and not willing to help is the best way to describe the staff here. If you have a problem with your account and need assistance, don't bother trying to get anywhere with these people. They could care less about you or what they've done with your money. Oh and if you need immediate assistance, that requires an appointment. Sorry that we mismanage your hard earn money!! Not very bright individuals here. I recommend moving your money to another bank!
