McKenzie RV Trailers

I build off-grid cabins and sometimes need unique parts and solutions for my clients. Today I happened to arrive just as the manager/owner finished giving the day's instructions to his workers. Then he proceeded to help me in the parts department like he was one of the workers. I felt appreciated as a customer and his advice was clearly knowledgeable. I've been here a number of times since 2012, mostly for RV parts and stuff for off-grid cabins. They are willing to go the extra mile to help order in non-stock parts for specialty applications for 12volt systems and cottage propane hoses. Today I was reminded why I keep going back here.

From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience working with McKenzie Trailers! Peter and John were so extremely knowledgeable about the RV rental I was looking into and provided me with such great insight into the ease of the RV lifestyle. I would 100% recommend visiting this RV dealership whether you're just starting to RV or are a seasoned pro - great service, amazing people and incredibly helpful!

DO NOT BUY A TRAILER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! we bought a brand new trailer and have nothing but problems. The people who work there are completely unprofessional and will even hang up the phone on you when you call to get anything done. Our air conditioner unit has not worked properly from the day we bought it May 1, 2017 and we have are STILL waiting for them to do something about. I asked for the names of managers and owners so that I could notify of this situation and the rude man on the phone said "his name is Peter and we don't give out last names" I asked for "Peters" email and he told me he does not have his email. From the receptionist who is rude and yells back at you to the service people who won't let you speak and hang up on you. if you value your hard earned money and care about great customer service and how you are treated after you take your RV off the lot. McKENZIE TRAILERS ARE NOT THE ONES FOR YOU!!!
