***Buyer Beware***If we could give this dealership a -10 we would. They are unprofessional, dishonest and disrespectful. Do not give them your credit card before you are fully ready because they will hold your card hostage until you sign. They will tell you something is included in the price then bury the extra cost by raising the monthly payment and praying you don't notice... And when you do notice they yell at you as though you are the one being dishonest! They will promise you a vehicle then fail to deliver the vehicle... Even after you present yourself in person to investigate why they haven't found your vehicle yet after 2 weeks ... Still no car! And no reason as to why???? Once they have your money you can forget about basic human interaction like eye contact or a simple hello. They pass you on to someone else so they don't have to deal with you! Then they will give you only 1 key! And make you wait another 2 weeks to get another one! We will never, EVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. 2 other members of our household were due to purchase vehicles as well, needless to say we went to another dealership the following week and purchased 2 cars from a different dealership who has gotten a 5 star rating and glowing review from us- which I will never give Longmans Kia - Buyer Beware!!!

A very enjoyable car shopping trip. Sales Rep Justin is very professional in knowledge and has very good sales attitude, friendly and not pushy. The happiest car shopping ever. A professional representative can really give customer good image and loyalty to the brand. My first choice of second car will also be Kia.

I put in an offer on a used vehicle and was told to “get real” and “don’t waste my time”. lol, I get that maybe the offer wasn’t what they wanted, but was meant to get negotiations started. Either make a counter offer, or simply say no, why oh why does the sales manager need to be RUDE???! I am always polite and professional can’t we keep the rudeness in check. I go to what I think are reputable car dealerships to avoid this kind of unprofessional behaviour. This was my first experience with this dealership and I will never be back.

Norton Gabriel is who we normally deal with at Longman's Markham Kia. Words can't describe how amazing he is, to him is not about a Sales is about his customers, We have been customers with Mr. Gabriel for over 12years and he treat us like family. He would always guided us to the right cars that suit our family. we have Recommended a lot of our family and friends to Mr. Gabriel, and continue to do so cause To us if Mr. Gabriel can't do it no 1 Can. P.s. Mr. Gabriel please don't Retire. 😃

This is my first Google review - because I feel compelled to share a great experience! Longman's Markham Kia earned it, especially Justin! I did as much research & price comparison as one could do in a few weeks, shopping for a used vehicle. But Justin kept pace & provided the information I needed, every step of the way. I went the 1st time, as I happened to be in the area, but felt so comfortable with the team that I went up again all the way from downtown Toronto! Having been in sales for years, I could tell I was in good hands there, with honest people. I went again to test drive another car & continued to request detailed quotes for another week. Justin never complained or withheld the info, unlike some other dealers did. His warranty manager assisted as well. There was one error, which caused a hiccup, but I do believe was a sincere mistake as before and afterwards, they did everything right! We also joked the whole way through. He's so easy to get along with. This morning I was planning to buy one of his 2016 vehicles, as he had met all my conditions, when he let me know that a 2013 came in which made me really think about changing my mind to their new arrival. It was a lot less money, but with 15,000 fewer km's than the 2016! On the other hand, it was older, so I couldn't warranty as easily, but I was really debating which way to go. It was a lot less. I hadn't even told him that I was going to buy one or the other, but I knew I was going to choose his vehicles over two nearly identical deals downtown, because I trusted that dealership & their warranty more. Just as I was to start making my way to Longman's, another 3rd dealership, who knew what I was looking for but had previously not had the right model, suddenly, had the same model, in the 2016 with almost no mileage, under 20K and price matched Justin's / Longman's great offer. The only difference was the mileage. I felt the surprise, pop up vehicle was the safest long term choice for me and my family, should I ever need to sell it sooner than expected. The financing went through and while I know I did what I had to do, I really wanted to close with Justin & team. I highly recommend Justin and Longman's Kia, including their warranty manager. They provided excellent salesmanship & customer service, in my opinion. Even though I was unable to purchase from them, this time. I would not hesitate to return. Justin, you do have a customer for Life, just not this exact moment. ;)
