I was referred to Tim for my Toyota purchase. He dedicated a lot of time on different occasions which included phone calls, text, email and in person communication. Tim listened to what I was looking for and asked all the right questions to figure out the best vehicle suited for my needs for both work and personal use. Not once did I feel pressured or forced to buy a vehicle that didn't meet my expectations. Reception, sales, service and the financial advisor were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had an extraordinary experience at Stouffville Toyota, that you can't find anywhere else! Vanessa my advisor helped book my appointment to meet my busy schedule and got me out the door on time! The mechanic Stefano, Vanessa asked to help me with my questions was great answering my questions/considers about my vehicle and explaining Toyota maintenance intervals and explaining why I needed new tires. When at Stouffville Toyota you truly feel like they care for you and your car. I will be only bringing my 2014 Venza to Stouffville Toyota from now on.

Had my Toyota car serviced in this place a few times in last 5 years, did not had issues until earlier this year when I did a car service here they tried to sell me water pump replacement at over $400 due to minor coolant leaking and even showed me the rusts around the water pump.... I refused the service... After more than 6 month before I changed coolant myself, I noticed there was no sign of rusts around the pump and coolant level was at max when cold. After coolant change, a few months past, still no sign of leaking at all. Also I noticed they started service all brands other than Toyota cars. It means they did no get enough work. For me, I will avoid this dealer from now on, But give 3 stars because they did their works ok.

The whole purchasing experience of a Toyota Tundra crew cab truck was awesome and pretty seamless. This is my 2nd vehicle with Stouffville Toyota and would highly recommend anyone to this dealership. I have dealt with Brandy and Tim and both are experienced knowledgeable salespeople and they listened to my needs and provided recommendations. Ultimately the decisions lie with me of course. The end to end experience from picking the right car to the car pickup was pretty seamless and enjoyable.

really nice nice staff but they always try to up sell unnecessary packages your "Vehicle needs". once in a while during my oil changes they would want to do a tire rotation which was fine. over time now im starting to see that they were not properly rotated because my other mechanic said they have uneven tread on the tires which is causing them to make noise at 60KM or at certain speeds. During my last oil change appointment they said i need a wheel alignment for $120. i refused that service and got second opinion from my mechanic like i was talking about earlier.
