It was an amazing experience for my wife and I at Stouffville, Nissan. Our daughter let us know about a wonderful service experience she received at this dealership which we remembered when it was time to lease 2 new vehicles. From the moment we entered Stouffville, Nissan we were respectfully greeted by a team of professionals that highly care about and actually work hard to satisfy the customer. The team at this dealership is up-to-date on all Nissan's promotions and vehicle features. It was a pleasure working together with both our sales representative, Jason who fully understood our needs and his management team, Christy and Darren. This avoided the need to go back and fourth between sales and management like we experienced at other dealerships. The Sales Manager, Christy was fantastic in working out all the details with us very quickly and the General Manager, Darren helped coordinate the sale and delivery of the 2 vehicles. We didn't need to negotiate anything as we could tell that Christy and Darren were fully representing us. We were introduced to the Financial Services Manager, Pierre who helped us understand all the terms and conditions of our leases in simple language. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us with upgrades. This is a first class dealership that follows-up and cares. Its amazing how an excellent service experience received by our daughter turned into 2 new vehicles leased by my wife and I and a great long-term relationship established for our family of four Nissan owners.

Took my car for a service and was provided an unreliable inspection report. Got a second opinion by an experienced and trusted mechanic and told the work wasn't required and that the items detailed were unnecessary. From my experience I find the dealership out to make money and not look out for the welfare & safety of their customers. If you check previous reviews Sales reviews are favoured and Servicing in scored a lot lower-all about the money.

After having our Nissan Murano serviced at Stouffville, we began having issues. We bought the car there, had our seasonal tire changes there and all oil changes. We've just moved and upon taking the 2015 Murano in for a shimmy feeling the local dealership said it hasn't been serviced properly requiring new brakes and the one ball joint that was completely worn. Why hadn't Stouffville noticed this? We have 50k on this vehicle and can only conclude the service has been poor.

This happened maybe about 6 -9 months ago. I brought my car here for oil change. They never called me and told me that they were done but I went there anyways because I knew they were going to close soon. When I went there the mechanic never went though the papers with me, fine, no big deal. I paid and drove home. I noticed the car was not accelerating well, but didn't think too much of it. The following week I drove my car on the highway and noticed a considerable difference. I ended up doing some research and linked it to the time when I first started noticing the problem. It turns out when I brought my car for an oil change the old oil was never drained. At that point I was upset but i wasn't infuriated. What upset me the most was the lack of ownership to this problem. I had to fight to get an appointment the same day i discovered all of this. They told me they were overbook and to make an appointment the following week. I refused as they were the ones that made the mistake. I wasn't going to drive my car for another week with my oil level an inch over the max level. So finally they agreed to look at it and if I was wrong I would have to come back next week. We went there and dropped of my car and they did a "complementary oil change" and did a "complementary battery change on my key" and they said the oil level was "in conclusive". We checked the oil level of the car after it was parked overnight and the oil level was a inch above the maximum oil level. I wish I took a picture of it. All in all I am never coming back although this dealership is close to me. I would have been less infuriated if they took ownership and apologized as we are all humans and all make mistakes. I never even spoke to the manager. If they didn't make a mistake why would they do a complementary oil change? They just didn't want to admit it. I did fill out a customer satisfaction survey after and asked to be contacted regarding this incident however this hasn't happened as of yet. Even writing this review now it upsets me to think about it.
