Firstly, a huge thanks for your great customer service!

I was concerned with the way my bike was handling as I was heading out 
on a road trip north.  I brought my bike into ATC Corral to have it 
looked at, when I explained we were at the beginning of a day's ride 
the mechanic stopped what he was doing to have a quick inspection of 
my bike. He confirmed what I expected, I should not ride my bike until 
the bearings were replaced in the steering column.  Great mechanic and 
very professional, unlike some other places he took the time to 
explain the issue and what was required to fix it.  Joey booked that 
bike in and made sure I had an amazing experience, including the loan 
of a bike so my husband and I could still enjoy a birthday ride and a 
lakeside lunch.  The repair was done as described and the bike runs 
great again.  The entire staff is friendly, and very knowledgeable; 
they truly understand customer service!!    Good job ATC Corral!

Ordered some parts and had a misunderstanding on parts to be delivered i am very impressed that ATC called me back and corrected the situation working in service myself i appreciate the ATC corral cared that someone was not happy and corrected they issue i also maybe should have thought that i have been buying parts from them and never had an issue before we are all human and make mistakes and calling and talking to me about the situation all i can say you dont find this type of customer service in too many shops out  there excellent customer service

Originally came here because they are basically the only dealer open in the evening. Very glad to have found them. Excellent place for anything atv related. Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Very down to earth place, unlike most dealers out there. They go out of their way to help you and make things as easy as possible for you. Would highly recommend A.T.C. Corral to anyone.
