Absolutely worse customer service experience at a car dealership ever. I get a lease fleet car with my job. I brought my previous fleet car for trade-in since I live in the Stouffville area. I provide to Derek, the sales manager, the car ownership/keys from the previously leased vehicle, and was handed the new keys and was told to have a nice day. Not Derek or for that matter anyone else in the dealership walks me out to the new car or anything. I get outside to my brand new Ford Escape and it's dirty both outside and inside (from the previous driver). Interestingly, I was left with 21 km of gas (almost a completely empty tank) and no washer fluid. This dealership provided ZERO customer service through out the lease process and I would absolutely NOT recommend them for any of your automotive needs. Shameful I will be going to another dealership for my maintenance needs for the next three years of this lease.

See Shane and Derek in sales, no messing around. They simply get you into a vehicle for a fair price and treat you well through the whole process.

The process of purchasing our truck was so seamless and painless. We were never pressured to at any point and were able to sleep on the price - some dealerships say you have to give them an answer on the spot. At Houston Ford, you feel comfortable in making a big financial decision and have all the facts. Thank you to Wendy, Jeremy and Ben who helped us throughout the very easy process. We are very happy.

Everyone is very friendly, and good service. They seem to always be busy so expect to wait a while for repairs to your vehicle, best dealer I have been to
