McDonald's

I went there this morning and ordered from the screens because the line up was huge. I understand it was busy and mistakes happen but in a group of 5 of us only 1 persons order was right (a small green tea and a bagel). I ordered from the machine which left no room for verbal error. I asked for an English muffin sandwich with no meat, instead I got ham and cheese with no egg. My friend ordered at the till and got a bacon sandwich with no egg and she got sausage and cheese. With the other errors too we waited over 15 minutes to get into the car on the way to the cottage to realize it was wrong. The man beside us also waited 20 minutes for his coffee. This was the worst experience at McDonald’s I’ve ever had.

It's McDonald's. What do you want? I didn't find the food to be particularly edible but McDonald's isn't really meant to be. The staff were wonderful, polite and quick though, so I give it five stars for that. Just remember that my stars are based on proper expectations rather than saying the food is objectively wonderful.

They don't fill up their breakfast burritos. Barely any egg in there. I had a few food poisoning there. My entire family got cheeseburgers and we all got sick the the next day. We didn't bother complaining because we never came back.

Lobby is ALWAYS dirty. Brought it to the attention of the manager on duty and she was quite blase about it. Didn't apologize for the state of the restaurant and also made excuses for why the cleaning supplies were on the condiment counter.

You get what you pay for ... No customer service... kids fooling around and talking to each other. And fast food seriously.... slow and not hot Cleanliness ... what cleanliness ....
