McDonald's

Yesterday I purchased a sausage/egg McMuffin meal at approximately 10 AM which included a coffee and hash brown. Upon arriving home, I found that they had given me only a sandwich which was custom made and had nothing that I wanted on it, as well the hash brown was missing. This morning I made a separate drive back to the store with receipt and packaging from the special order sandwich, etc. Upon entering the store I was told by the cashier because I did not call them yesterday to report it there was nothing they could do and they would not replace it. She then proceeded to get a the Mgr ? who was rude and indignant and made it seem like I was trying to take something from them. There was a special order label on the sandwich wrap, which I had included and the reason I made the trip was to do it in person so they could see everything. I thought I was making it easier for them. Essentially, I was made to feel that there was something fraudulent. On my receipt I had also added $25 to my McDonald’s gift card and even that was questioned as to why I would do that. I am at this McDonald’s multiple times almost every week of the year for years, and have never experienced such indignation over returning an incorrect order. I was told that I should know the return procedures and next time I should start checking my order before I leave the store. McDonald’s should hire better people

I’ve been to this McDonald’s location a few times before and have always had a great experience.nnSince it’s not that busy most of the times, one can get their meals pretty quickly. The restaurant is quite clean and the service is fast and good as well.nnIn addition, the restaurant staff is polite and patient when placing orders directly at the front counter.nnA must visit McDonald’s restaurant location if you’re looking for a quick meal or snack.

I accidentally ordered veggie burger and forgot to mention in kiosk order about the egg allergy as I assumed that veggie burger would not have eggs. But stupid me, once the burgers were ready, that is when I asked Michelle and came to know about the presence of egg in mayo and habberano sauce. She was so so kind enough to replace my all orders and that too without a grudge of her face. That is where the actual customer service lies and she was a marvelous, living example of it .I am sure if she would have told me that she can not help me unless I put another order, that too would be with a smile.

There’s only two people that I honestly really enjoy and appreciate who work there which is Michelle and another lady that has braids that I believe is management. These two workers have honestly shown me so much respect and kindness and kept looking out for what I need. Every time I came into the McDonald’s since I’m a regular customer she always knows my order which makes me feel very special and she’s always just sweet and kind to everybody.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. The staff were using their phones while working in the kitchen, which felt very unhygienic. There was also a clear lack of urgency — service was incredibly slow despite a long line of waiting customers. Instead of focusing on orders, most of the staff were chatting among themselves. It seemed like customer service wasn’t a priority at all. Definitely needs better management and training.
