I’ve been to this McDonald’s location a few times before and have always had a great experience.nnSince it’s not that busy most of the times, one can get their meals pretty quickly. The restaurant is quite clean and the service is fast and good as well.nnIn addition, the restaurant staff is polite and patient when placing orders directly at the front counter.nnA must visit McDonald’s restaurant location if you’re looking for a quick meal or snack.

We usually go to this location for our takeout and find everyone friendly, chatting with each other, singing to the music and helping their coworkers. It's a busy location and I commend them for their work. I sometimes see very impatient customers and the staff still help them with a smile, it's great to see. Keep doing a great job!

I go to this location every morning on my way to work. The usual lady who works the drive-through is great. She is friendly, works quick, and is accurate. This morning, there was a different employee taking orders in the drive-through. She must have been having a bad day. We were on the second line for the drive-through speaker, and no one was attending it because 3 cars on the other lane got served before we drove around and went on the line that was being served. This is not usual. Service is usually pleasant. Then, when we got our bagles, they barely had any cream cheese in them, and it was all in the middle. Hopefully, this was a one-off because it was never disappointing before. Also, there is a large population of unhoused people who will approach your vehicle and ask for food or change. Sometimes, they will walk out in front of the car while in the drive-through lanes, so keep an eye for oncoming pedestrians.

Went through the drive thru today, and it took forever for someone to come onto speaker. All we ordered was 2 cones. Pulled up to the windows, totally ignored by workers, as they were chatting and laughing. We then asked to park in parking lot. Waited 10 minutes for 2 cones!!!! I will not be returning to this location. Get it together McDonald’s.

Everytime you go to this drive thru you are parked, and always approached with the worst attitude at the second window. No hello, nothing. Just foods not ready park at spot 1-4 and well bring it out. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go to this McDonald’s, you will be parked, and met with terrible terrible customer service.
