Decent burgers and decent fries, but not worth another trip. Staff and customer service was very good. I asked for a lettuce wrap and was incorrectly given a normal burger. The staff member apologized immediately and gave made me a brand new burger and added an additional patty. That said the cost was too steep for what you get. A burger, a cheeseburger, regular fries and a small drink ran just shy of $30. I've tried a lot of burger places and I'd recommend burger priest (either queen east location or near yorkdale) for similar pricing but much better quality burgers. And if you're in the states go to Shake Shack on the east coast or in-and-out in the west coast. In the age of artisan burgers I don't think five guys cuts it anymore.

Burgers are always delicious and I'm not a big french fries fan, but these fries...whoa. just perfect. Staff are awesome and very friendly!

Soggy is the word for this place. This place got one star only because of free roasted peanuts. We ordered vegetables sandwiches, large fries and pop. Fries were limp. The sandwiches were as if soaked in water, full of uncooked mushrooms and onion. The cheese tasted off. My son refused to eat it after one bite, and we had to garbage them. I don't recommended this place. The quality of food was below human consumption.

Good food and atmosphere. Good service, just wish the company itself would offer some more Canadian style dishes like, poutine!

The last time I will ever step foot in this specific location. The woman in front of me was wearing a Hockey Jersey to support the tragic event in SK last week and the absolutely idiotic and repulsive Manager and Cook were openly mocking her. I was disgusted and left without placing an order. There are much better places to get a burger in Ajax with people who support the community. Also I have always thought the burger prices in there are over priced by about double for the quality you get.
