McDonald's

A nice convenient place to stop on the way up north. Restaurant is always clean. Sometimes they seem to be understaffed.

The food was great as well as the very polite service. The kiosk didn’t print my receipt, the manager was quick to get me one. During a lunch rush, 2 male customers were angry that the sink didn’t work. They were loud, and disruptive but the McDonalds team remained courteous, and professional. It seems people are more likely to leave a review negative if they receive anything less than perfect service. Keep up the great work, you’re doing a great job.

Overall a good McDonald's to visit.nThe staff were friendly and efficient, the main dining areas were clean as was the restroom. Being one with gluten issues personally I did not eat there; however my kids thought there meals tasted great!

Two weeks ago, they handed me a cup of hot coffee in the morning with the lid just sitting on top of the cup and burn my hand. I was back a couple weeks later last Friday. They took my order move me to the last window and left me sitting there for over 10 minutes. I had to knock on the window twice when they had canceled my order. Service is poor. Do.

The people are nice, but the quality of food is not there. Then, when you try to call them on it, you are ignored at the counter. It's a shame that owners now only care about money over quality.nnUpdate 2/12: was pulled for 2 Big Breakfast w/ Hotcakes. 20 minutes later it finally came out. No explanation was given when asked about the delay. Got home and found a burnt, thin, piece of sausage in one of the meals. I miss the day that we served people the way we wanted to be served. This boils down to poor management. You would think the franchisee would care about these comments, but he obviously doesn't care either.
