McDonald's

Went to this location for a 20 piece nugget and large fry with a coke. Went through drive thru. After 20 minutes of waiting I was finally handed a bag of food, no drink, had to ask for my drink. Figured I should check my bag to see if my simple order was filled correctly because every other time I've been to this location my order has been incorrect. Once again it was wrong, and couldn't have been more wrong. I was given two mcdoubles. So now I've got to take more time out of my day to go inside and get the correct food. I go inside only to be ignored by three different people including a manager. I'm holding a bag and a receipt and making eye contact, clearly I have an issue. So after five more minutes of waiting patiently, I decide to speak up, I loudly say can somebody please help me I'd like to leave some time today. The manager turns around and I explain that my order was filled incorrectly. She turns around and hands me the correct bag with no apology, and barely a have a nice day. This location is terrible. Your manager's can't even apologize for mistakes. If I was the owner of this location I'd fire my district manager because clearly they can't execute hiring a proficient staff.

They r real good . If they have a lot of people they get behind, but they get u out pretty quick.

Saddened by this visit. While there were a number of people either waiting for their order or waiting to place their order, no sense of urgency prevailed. The manager on duty was called to the register to ok a coupon I had, totally understandable however, not once did she attempt to make eye contact or have any sort of conversation with me...hello, thank you, enjoy your coffee would have gone a long way and wouldn't have taken any time at all.

It ok. But mcgriddle tasted different not so much syrup flavor

Fast service but accuracy of orders isn't their strong suit.
