Wendy's

Apparently it is common practice for Wendy's to hire incompetency. I recently moved here and my original town's Wendy's had some horrible habits that have clearly become general practice. I have worked in fast food, deli, and restaurants, it is unacceptable to give someone half their order that they've paid for not to mention the custom sandwich was not made how it was ordered and the lettuce looked like it sat on the floor for a month. I would not make a review that comes off as this harsh if it was the first time it has happened. I remember when Wendy's food was really good, I don't know if there is new quality control around here or district manager that just doesn't care.nnSuffice to say I am not ordering from the restaurant again.

The food was great and delicious! Everything tasted good! The service was terrible. The cashier took forever to get our small cups, which were right behind her. They were also very sticky. The cashier almost also forgot a couple of cookies we ordered. She was somewhat friendly though, especially since we used to be friends.

The food was good and the place was moving at a alright lace for obviously being short staffed. Even though service was a little slower than usual I was patient and alright with having to wait a little longer. At the end of my drive home i get everything out and see they left out a fry, not the end of the world though. I still appreciate those who were there doing their best to get the job done but if things are going slower than usual the least that can be done should be accuracy to make up for the slower pace.

I waited over 21 mins for 1 order French toast sticks, potato wedges and the cinnamon roll. And they didn't even give me a fork or any utensil so I wasn't able to eat it until I got home 5 hours later.

This Wendy’s has super nice staff. The one gentleman was doing the work of all the employees and he deserves some recognition for it. I can’t remember his name but he was doing an awesome job and is super helpful. He needs a raise. Food is awesome and always the right temperature.
