Starbucks

I have never had a bad expirience here until today. My husband and I ordered drinks and immediately one of the barista’s was questioning how to make it. Understandable it’s a somewhat complicated drink. However when I got it it didn’t taste quite right. So we went back through the line to get it fixed. The Barista who made the drink then proceeded to argue with us and explain how Starbucks drinks are made. My husband worked at Starbucks for almost 3 years, we know how they’re made. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to. So I just took the drink that wasn’t right and left.

Nice and usually quite. Free WiFi. I get service on my vehicles in downtown Alma so while that is going on I always walk down and enjoy a beverage and WiFi

The workers here feel like extra family to me, they always get my drink right no matter how picky it can be!

No stars....not good at all. I get Pike coffee and it never taste the same from day to day and even when brewed fresh it is not good at all. I received a January Paid for christmas cup for my son.....I've used it three times and am not using it again. Horrid coffee. I make better at home.

Clean, comfortable Starbucks with very nice staff! There was a slight mixup with my order (it's okay, it happens!) and they were happy to fix it immediately.
