Taco Bell

Honestly I hate this location, and it sucks because I love Taco Bell. As someone who works in the fast food industry I can’t stand how their employees treat customers. You order your food, typically on the kiosk which I do prefer but there is never anyone who’s even remotely attentive to their dine-in/ carry out customers. You aren’t greeted when you come into the lobby, you’ll stand there for 3 minutes before you can even get the attention of someone to grab you your drink cup. Half the time they aren’t even aware of what drink you’ve even gotten ie; freeze flavor, cup size, etc, like I know my order is back there somewhere . Tonight the girl who handed me my order literally tossed it down on the counter before walking away. Get home and look at my chips and only found crumbs.nA time prior to this I waited 20+ minutes for my order and as they were a bit busy I was very patient. As I said I work in the food service industry I get it, I don’t like to be that customer. Finally I go up to the counter to check on my order only to find that it wasn’t even started. The grill crew started bickering about the order not being started. And I wasn’t even issues an apology for the delay.nThe store is always a mess. Trash overflowing in lobby, food all over the floor behind the counter. Such a sad location, that could benefit from better management and better customer service. Will just make the trip to Mt Pleasant in the future ‍

While we didn’t enter the building, the drive through environment was consistent with other Taco Bell experiences. See video More than once, we have found that we weren’t charged for a drink or a food item, and we count that as good luck!nnThis visit, we ordered a Baja Blast, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos, and a veggie power bowl. Everything was just as expected, except for the veggie power bowl, which was MUCH better than expected - it even had a dollop of guac on it, which was something that I had no idea Taco Bell even carried.nnIf you enjoy Taco Bell, come to Taco Bell. If you don’t, remember that this is Taco Bell.

Visit the TB in Alma. Orders 3 taco supreme, chicken quesadilla and beverage. The 3 tacos barely had any meat on them. Most of my bites were shell and sour cream. The quesadilla might of had 6 pieces of chicken. It was mostly cheese and sauce. Not worth the money spent. Avoid this location. Worst TB!!

Ordered a simple cheesy bean and rice burrito no chipotle sauce extra rice and grilled this is what I got instead…very disappointed.

It's a Taco Bell, so I wasn't expecting much. Prices are way too high. No counter workers -- all ordering is via kiosk. Hard to get someone to help when the order is incorrect. Had multiple items missing from order, which wasn't even a complicated order. If I am paying 30 dollars for a meal, please triple check it for accuracy. The restaurant wasn't even that busy, so there was not any rush.
