McDonald's

This is one of the smaller, limited hour locations in the area so they don't serve milkshakes or have full day breakfast, which surprisingly includes bagels. But generally a very good location to get pretty much everything else on the menu including iced coffee, muffins and danishes. And note that you will need to be patient trying to get out of this location because of the occasional traffic issues in the area.

Poorly staffed McDonald's, every time I've been here they screwed up my order, food was badly made and just tried going here again and they aren't even open during the listed hours.... waited for about 15 minutes in drive thru.. saw someone inside.. but they didn't serve us.. would not recommend visiting this McDonald's if you're craving good service and a good meal.

Make NO mistake: This is the absolute worst McDonald's in Ottawa. Every single time I go there , there's always a problem with my order. Missing something, no bacon on a burger that's supposed to have bacon, no drink, no ketchup, complete wrong orders..... Disgustingly constructed burgers, stale fries that look like it was fried up 5 hours ago and left out ..... Absolutely unacceptable for a McDonald's franchise. This place should be audited somehow. Shut this place down and put a Starbucks or a new owner that will up the quality .

SLOWEST MCDONALDS EVER INSIDE AND DRIVE THROUGH! Unstaffed at most times and when it is fully staffed it’s still incredibly slow. Not to mention the countless times they provide the incorrect order. This is a “limited” McDonald’s, they don’t do breakfast or any speciality items. They should close this POS down! Not to mention it stinks on the outside like garbage and grease.
