McDonald's is a great place to grab a quick meal. The service is consistently good, with friendly staff who ensure orders are accurate and timely. The environment is clean and welcoming, making it a comfortable spot for a bite to eat. Whether you're dining in or taking out, the experience is always reliable and enjoyable

I frequent your drive through and usually get good food, rarely excellent food lately. I visited the drive thru today and was greatly disappointed. Not with staff, just the utter disorganization, first of all, I was parked for over five minutes with a group of five or six cars that were also waiting for their meals. After waiting, I want to put on I had to go in the restaurant to complain about old cold fries definitely older than 7 minutes. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes, I finally interrupted a crewmember, and he replace my fries. Then to top it off, I went home opened up the bag opened up the burger. It look like I had to order a burger from IKEA [Requires assembly.] and the meat was dry and cold.nOn a second occasion, I ordered a coffee and a Junior chicken when I got home and open the junior chicken. It was poorly assembled sauce was to one side and falling off the burger. Lettuce was everywhere.

Where do I begin?nThere was garbage all over the floors, tables and drink fountain areas.nThere were 6 people on staff, yet food was not being attended to beepers were going off and no one was acting.nThe line up was much longer than it should have been.nThe food we received was not what we ordered. My husband got the savory fries, and the seasoning was dumped in the middle of the fries, and not edible.nIt was a horrible experience.nShudder... Never going back.

Overall this McDonald’s is better than a few around the Ottawa area. I was able to order at the in-house kiosk and we got our meals quickly. I tried something new! I got the grilled creamy avocado ranch mcwrap, quite tasty!

This location literally cannot get a single meal correct.nEver. Busy or slow, there is always at least one problem with any order. Exceptionally frustrating, and has remained consistently terrible over the past year. I'm done with them, and advise everyone to avoid them.
