McDonald's

I go regularly and get a double toasted bagel with bacon and egg. But today when I went they were very hesitant on giving me what I wanted. They asked me at the speaker If not was ok if it was really dark and I agreed because that's what I wanted. And I paid and then when to the next window and again they asked me if I wanted it double toasted. I wouldn't ask if that's not what I wanted well she said we only have 2 settings. And then proceeded to tell me the regular setting is good enough. As a customer ordering food you give them what they ask for. And then they proceed to tell me to park to wait for it because they couldn't just go ahead and make it without telling asking me again are you sure you want it double toasted. I come to get food what I want and you refuse to give me what I want this is disgusting

Sloppy Madonalds vs others - employees need more training. Food: you can just taste SALT for Big MAC and Fries, The foutaine on the right not not refrigerate and does not fizz. NO KETCHUP in the dispenser. Need to ask the small packs. Gave me someone's else's order...had to go back to the counter. The restaurant; the bins overflow, no room to dispose more garbage, the Ketchup dispenser needs serious cleaning. This location in particular is to AVOID.

Service was slow and they got my order wrong. I paid extra for grilled chicken and still got crispy. Still tasted good but a bit disappointed

Although there are ramps for accessibility, there are no buttons to automatically open the doors which makes it very hard to get inside the restaurant whether you and sitting or standing with a disability. I have a lot of difficulty opening the doors sometimes with my back issues.
