NOTE: UPDATE AT END OF THIS RATING.nnAlmost every item in our large order was incorrect and substitutions were provided.nnWe like some but not all of the bakery items at Tim’s. In the case of our order, the Tim Hortons substitutions provided were unfortunately ALL choices we do not like. This applies to all items in the order: donuts, muffins, timbits, and so on. Only a few were correct. I cannot comment on the drinks as we didn’t order any drinks.nnMost of the food ended up in the garbage; what a dreadful waste!nFurther, this was a waste not only of the ingredients in the bakery items thrown out, it was also a dreadful waste of money.nMy partner and I were surprised that the Tim Hortons app provided no indication that our order had a single thing that could not be supplied.nVery disappointing.nnI do not recommend that anyone order by delivery from any Tim’s Hortons until Tim’s change their app to provide 1 whether they can fulfill the customer’s selection of every item in their order; and, 2 the chance to select from a correct list of substitutes, or get a refund on the item that Tim’s cannot provide.nnUPDATE: There was a response to my rating from Tim Hortons expressing concern, and asking me to make contact using a provided URL. Despite having responded as Tim Hortons requested, Tim Hortons never did reach out to discuss what had happened with my delivery order.nClearly Tim Hortons had no intent to resolve anything.nTim Hortons rates:nZERO on CUSTOMER SERVICE.nAgain - very disappointing from a Canadian company.

Half filled coffees and no food. Not what I look for in a timmes. Went through the drive thru only to find out they were out of every food item I wanted to order I cycled through a few, then given half filled coffees. Never sipped, but definitely not full. Needless to say, quite disappointed.

I am so tired of this Tim Hortons. The customer service is absolutely garbage. Trash. Horrible. I specifically asked “Do you guys have honey dip donuts?” To which they said yes to, and few minutes later they give me chocolate dip donuts, and a boston cream one, I couldn’t check it as it was a drive through and I was already handing a hot cup of coffee. Went home and saw the wrong order. Terrible. And she handed me 6 donuts in a bag! A bag?? When I saw they still have boxes. Chocolate melted all over the bag and made a mess. And it is so hard to understand what they are saying. Terrible. Yes I did go Karen mode on this review

Ordered a Nutella croissant and this is the amount of Nutella that was put on it. Absolutely ridiculous, I mean how hard is it to put Nutella on a croissant. This location screws up way too often this will be the last time I spend money here. Just absolutely pathetic.

Will no longer be coming to tim Hortons, their shrink flation is getting absurd. When I order an ice cap, I expect it to go into the dom lid, no under the brim of the cup. They need to put actual Canadians back behind the counter.
