I bought a grilled cheese Happy Meal for my grandson today at the McDonald's in Glace Bay. It was tossed on a bun not even grilled. Terrible! He wouldn't eat his food because of this. And to top it off we had to park and wait. Why? The food wasn't even done properly

Great McDonald’s! Recently renovated in 2019! Very modern lots of dining room and seating, wheelchair accessible with wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Lots of parking as the store in located at the end of a mall.Store has dual lane drive thru 2 windows with Curbside parking,McDelivery order ahead use the App!!All amenities are close to the store.

The service has gone way downhill. Some of the front end staff and drive thru staff have no idea how to speak. Do they not have customer service training??
