Nice people, but consistently unacceptably slow!!! Been that way for years.

SUPER slow service. Lobby full of customers waiting, employees working counter would rather chit chat with the regulars instead of helping the next in line. Took 15 minutes to take my order when there were only 2 people in front of me. On've order was placed, took about 5 minutes to get the food. Not horrible considering the drive thru was packed.

Horrible, they give you old stale food. I have had to wait a hour before just for a shake. Hair in the food and super slow service. People go to McDonald's for a quick meal not a sit and wait. Staff is super slow. Once they had the food sitting on the counter in front of us and the lady was on the other side of the room staring at us. We asked can we have that and the lady goes ," What? This? Yeah I guess?" I love Bellaire but the mcdonalds is the only problem!
