McDonald's

This is a rough part of town. We were propositioned to buy a couple of different things. This is a fully automated store where you order and pay a machine. Food was fine. Enjoyed having lobster rolls at a McDonald's!

Worst McDonald's I've been to in Maine. Disrespectful service. Horrible drive thru. I asked for simply three items, I received 1 out of 3 items. Pathetic. I would recommend hiring new people.

I'm considering packing up my life in Canada to move to Belfast, ME just for this McDonald's​. I had my bacon biscuits before I even had my change. The quality of food they serve is far superior to any Canadian McDonald's​ I've been to. Crumbly, butter biscuits. Chewy, salty, maple-y bacon that doesn't taste microwaved. Fluffy omelette-style eggs. I'm in heaven.

Service is really slow, the past 3 times I have been here I waited over 10 minutes at the pick up window to collect my food, and 2/3 times my order has been wrong. This is not unusual, as typically 80% of my orders have been incorrect when I buy here. My last visit this venue was not busy, or crowded. I'm rather dissatisfied with their customer service and what seems to be lack of training/or care how customers are treated. I wouldn't recommend this McDonalds if you are looking to get your food quickly, and don't order multiple orders through the drive thru window.

Worst Mcdonalds we ever stopped at. Had 1 counter person, and even after explaining our order twice and paying, waiting forever to pickup our order, noticed that the order was wrong. The third person in front of us had items missing on her order and had to ask the delivery person to make her order correct. Odered to eat in,but came out as a take out,and after explaining our order situation to the cashier was told in a hurried up manor that I could buy the missing item (which I had intended to and expected to).Then waiting once again it finally came out and we picked out our drinks and left. By this time everything was cold and not very appertizing. Not in a hurry to go back there ever again.
