I do like anglers, because who doesn't like fried food? They're wings are hot. Like hot hot. Fries are crispy. Haddock always fried perfectly. Good chowder. It's a good family place that's reasonably priced.

Classic Maine seafood fried or broiled fish nothing crazy special about the food just classic Maine seafood dishes. Wait staff are always friendly. The lobster dishes are a bit pricey but their all you can eat fried haddock is a wicked deal.

Highest rated restaurant from all of my cousin's and friends.
I took a chance, with trying out this restaurant. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. The food was absolutely Awesomeness. The waitresses and owner we're always friendly and even joked and teased from time to time.
The food is made from high quality ingredients, but doesn't hit your wallet to hard. I would definitely go back to this restaurant, when I'm back in the area. I live 800 miles away, and wish that there was a good restaurant like this, in my area. I would eat there quite often. The food portions we're really nice, in size. Yum, Yum, Yum....

Food homemade and awesome. Great seafood and other selections. Homemade desserts. Family run business. Very friendly staff. Get there early as they are a popular destination with such great food.

I would've given it a 3 star for barely acceptable cooking, but I could only afford one when their jacked-up price was added to the mix. Service was good for the first half time we're there, but then the waitress disappeared and even the host couldn't find her, so had to figured out our bill herself. We're there in the afternoon towards the end of a long weekend, and was attracted by the fullness of the parking lot. The place was bustling when we entered. We didn't see a single empty table. Others may have liked the joint for different reasons, but to me a $20 lobster roll on a cold bread, with only claw meat, and of the size of 5-year-old's small palm (smaller than all I had before in Portland, ME and Boston, Mass at lower price), smells rip-off.
