McDonald's

Normally I avoid this place like the plague. They messed up my wife's burger order completely. Swung back around to complain. Gabriel made up for it ten times over. Normally McDonalds has poor customer service but this guy was actually a solid employee. Give him a raise or promotion. Great guy that handled my problem well. Genuinely surprised and will be coming back here again when the craving hits if not just for the great customer service.

Ordered three ranch snack wraps. All three were cold went inside demanded for an exchange of three new warm ranch, snack wraps waited about 5 to 10 minutes for three cold ranch snack, wraps to be delivered to my hands as the woman said “have a nice day” absolutely pathetic. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.!!!!!!!!

Worst ever. Ordered a bagel and 25 minutes later I get it, cold and missing half the insides. You had 1 job. On a side note to the employees, a little word of advice, don't quit your day job., or maybe do so people can get hot fresh food.

Nothing like getting Hair in your Big Mac. Also at the Drive through window asked there was a straw in the bag. Guess what .no straw.nMaybe employees should be trained properly before serving Customers.

Curbside service is top notch. I like the fact that they ask the customer to check their order while the employee is standing right there.
