McDonald's

Ordered 2 hot chocolates, and waited way too long for them when the restaurant was empty. Heard some confusion from staff but didn't know why. Finally got drinks and drove home while waiting for them to cool. By the time I arrived home found out that it was just steamed milk :| not hot chocolate. Absolutely disrespectful, inefficient, unprofessional. Waste of time and money.

This McDonald's is the slowest. The touch screen ordering system is disastrous on wait times. I've spent 15-20 minutes waiting on multiple occasions. The morning breakfast sandwiches are always charred black and burnt around the edges. Avoid this McDonald's if your looking for fast food because it is anything but fast.

Went for a coffee and a peppermint mocha latte and received a coffee and a French vanilla. Told them about the French vanilla should have been a peppermint mocha latte and was told to pull to the next window and then they brought me a peppermint mocha coffee not a latte.......I give up.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. State of the art location - I wish all franchises had touch screen ordering and numbered orders. Quick and polite staff, they work like a well-oiled machine.

It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting. But the self-serve ordering and queueing system have really made this place less of a circus. They still need to stop expanding their menu because it's clearly overwhelming the kitchen. They're much slower than Wendy's still though.
