The food was excellent but the cashiers were a bit odd. We need to hire workers who can do competent work and actually serve the customers well. I ordered a meal and they forgot my drink, while my brother ordered a poutine and got a large fry. Workers can't be hired out of pity. You need to hire actual people who can do their jobs without holding up the line.

Exceptionally pleasant staff, and the food is always fresh. If that means making a new batch of fries or a spicy-something that they don't have ready, they will tell you how long it will take and ask if you want to wait, or change your order... instead of just making you wait for some unknown reason for who knows how long! Seriously, I wish I got this kind of service everywhere else!

For one, lucky thing I checked my order before leaving because the girl ASKED me do I want to add cheese cake to my order and then I didn't get one? Didn't get my tenders either? Then when I do get my stuff and get home the gravy is WATER in a cup!!! No exaggeration! It has the slightessst brown tint to it. Fries were cold and overly stale, usually never make a deal over the fries but these were HARD they were that stale???tenders were under cooked. At this point I'm afraid to open my burger because not one thing about this order went right....

Since being under NEW MANAGEMENT there is a very clear increase in all facets of the restaurant. From terrific food quality, to great service and also a nice quaint interior. Keep it up! Your doing wonderfully at working to make this location the BEST in Freddy!
