Slow service, sub-par queue system. All I ordered was a blizzard and they forgot it. Ice creams good though.

Usually a great place for lunch/dinner; my order was taken but the staff paid no attention other than one member asked if my order had been taken; didn't check on it; another read the ticket for my order but just moved the tray out of.the way. I left without my order so as not to be late to work. Not a great experience today

Be careful when buying an Ice cream cake. I was chased out of the store asking whether or not I paid for it after waiting in line and getting writing put on it.. Sounds like maybe you should confer with your other colleagues before chasing someone out to their car asking if they paid for something........

Love your food, but the prospect locations drive through service is extremely slow. I was the only car in line today and waited nearly 15 minutes. This isn't the first occasion. Service inside is generally much better.
