Tim Hortons

Please take more care and don't rush the quality of your food. Poorly made and inconsistant wraps. I got the cilantro lime wrap and in the first half, it was extra long and skinny with 2 huge plain peices of chicken side my side with no rice or veggies aside from lettuce. All the rice and veggies were at the back half with a tiny peice of chicken, the first half was terribly bland. I got them to make me a new one and they made me give them leftovers of the first wrap, the second wrap was very short and extra fat, again with 2 huge peices of chicken stacked side by side. It's not enjoyable and tastes overwhelmingly like plain chicken. I've had the wrap from other locations and usually it's good. Of course if I have a poorly made wrap I'm going to want it remade but the second is just as bad. Please take more care, don't rush the quality of your food and don't be upset if the customer isn't happy with the meal they paid for.

Your typical busy Tim's location. I got smile cookies there recently and the service on walk-in was great. Cookies were exactly what I expected from a chain coffee/bakery.

Please take care of homeless people, I went out for coffee and breakfast yesterday around 7am with my friend in the morning, there was one lady that was in a very bad and aggressive mood, she was talking to herself and swearing very loudly while walking in circles. At one point she started yelling and swearing at my friend, of course we ended up leaving the place because we didn’t feel safe or comfortable sitting around a person acting like that. There’s no issue having homeless people inside, but not in that state and ones that act like that. Tim Hortons you can do better!

What is this!!! You pay extra for a Nutella donut and it ain't even filled. Only a drop in the middle, this ia awfully cheap of Tim Hortons!!!!

Canada St location *** This is hands-down, the absolute worst Tim Hortons in Fredericton. If I could give this a zero star I would l. This store is absolutely ripping customers off, ordering food and not getting it on a consistent basis seems to be standard practice. Not being able to follow simple orders even when it is on the screen in front of them also seems to be a struggle, This store staff 100% needs full retraining.
