We stopped in for a quick bite after we went to the Antrem Truck Stop bakery, as we are from out of town.nnThe service was decently fast and the food was fresh, but we ordered 5 tenders and they gave us a bunch of nuggets instead. They also made our diet coke regular coke - which is very dangerous for people with diabetes !!!!!

Our experience at Wendy's today was unfortunately disappointing. Our initial experience with the employee that took our order was fantastic! We ordered for 4 people and he was very friendly and professional.nUnfortunately, when we got to the pick up window they seemed very unorganized and honestly, it seemed to be the result of the Manager.nThey didnt have sprite so we agreed to a different soft drink which was no problem and the employee apologized as he gave us the drinks.nOnce we got the food, I checked to make sure we had everything. We were missing 1 order of fries so we let them know. Then we realized they didnt customize the 1 burger as ordered. The manager really didn't seem to care and said.. well we're busy. Yes, busy because we just paid $50 for dinner.nThen once we were back on the road, we realized we didn't have a forks to eat a very cheesy baked potato.nOverall, it was a very disappointing experience especially when the employees were very nice but it was the manager that was packing the food and made it a poor experience overall.

I had an excellent experience at Wendy’s in Arnprior. The food was exceptionally fresh, and the service was both prompt and outstanding. Shoaib, the restaurant supervisor who assisted me, was courteous, professional, and attentive.nnI ordered the French toast, breakfast potatoes, and an egg croissant combo with a caramel iced coffee, all of which were prepared to a high standard and thoroughly enjoyable. The quality of the meal truly made my day.nnThank you to the team at Wendy’s Arnprior for providing such great service over the long weekend. I look forward to returning again soon.

We were on our way to the lake and got drive thru on the way. I got a Dave's Single combo and a family member got just a Dave's Single. The staff messed up our order and sold us two combos with fries we did not want. But the reason for the single star was the hamburger was not in a fit condition to be sold. It was clearly at least twenty minutes old. The interior of the patty was light grey and dry throughout. The exterior was dark brown and fully dried out. Also the imitation cheese was no longer gooey, it was fully set and turned a crusty orange on the outside. The restaurant should prioritize freshness over speed of service.

Pretty sure my bun had mold on it, my burger tasted off, but everything else was delicious, the strawberry lemonades are so good but I asked for no ice and got less drink ice waters down the drink
