the line up for food was VERY long inside, drive thru, and people waiting in their cars in the parking lot. And, for some reason, I got my hot chocolate in front of the 5 people inside who ordered before me Staff didn't look too professional
Came here for breakfast. I got a strawberry banana smoothie, and while drinking it, I noticed there was a dead fly in my drink. I'm super disappointed and disgustedFood: 1/5
Stopped in for a cold coffee. The young lady at the till was exceptionally helpful. I asked if there were dairyfree options, and there were none available, so she offered a flavored syrup that may add a little flavor to my iced coffee I was impressed by that service. It was also a great value, only $1.25 for my beverage. Great experience
Came a couple minutes late for breakfast and they cooked me a fresh hashbrown. Best hashbrown ever. Service is always great. Their French fries can be a bit shriveled sometimes but I would say their burgers are always really good.Food: 4/5
This place is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm shocked by the rude, inept service and atmosphere. I attempted to order a burger meal, but the employees were too busy GOSSIPING and LAUGHING with each other to take my order. The woman who did take my order was exceptionally rude and curt. When I got my order, I was missing the fries. It was simply a burger meal, which only includes fries, a burger, and a drink, yet it was forgotten. There was trash all over the tables that weren't cleaned and water spilled on the floor with no one to clean it.
Absolutely terrible customer service. We came in as a group and they missed 3 things on our order, the fries and cookies were cold, the coke was so diluted that it was a pale yellow. The lemonade looked like water. The store is clearly very poorly managed and I suggest everyone to never come to this McDonald's. So far our worst experience.
Really rude service staff, dont come back again. They do not assist you and they threatened me with a report despite me being employed at another store due to me wanting to use my employment discount.... Do not come if looking for good service. Kid was quiet to the point I had to put my ear in his face to hear anything, the managers just ignored my questions. McDonald's usually has a customers first but this one does not.
Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Lack of care from the employees and terrible customer service. Didn't give me multiple items.... Do not come if you want to enjoy your mealFood: 1/5
Worst experience ever in merrits mcodnald's. Even i am working in kelowna mcdonald's and never misbehave with customer but manager srishti was soo rude and misbhevaed with company employees, thts unacceptable and that she didn't even gave me my employee discount and didn't give me fresh food. I won't recommend this mcdonald's ever.Atmosphere: 1/5
Usually pretty good food but hashbrowns need more fire...cold and not cook through the last 2 times we visited. Check your drive-thru food before you leave. Very friendly staff hereFood: 4/5
