Wow, six people working and the drive through is closed? They wrote these stupid tiny signs that do NOT indicate the drive through is closed, only that their machines are not working. They are also tiny and useless. Then no one was manning the microphone at the drive through. so I eventually drove up to the window and was “greeted” by a woman actually named Karen. Who was so rude, dismissive and arrogant. She almost yelled at me that there “were signs and a pylon” I have attached pictures for reference. Karen is around 5’4” glasses, hair pulled back in a ponytail with a small widows peak and needs to be let go. She is damaging the Starbucks brand not living up to their normally very high standards of customer service. I have attached photos of the sign an pylon that I was yelled at about for reference. I am shocked at how unnecessary and rude this person was.
The team here are so friendly and they HUSTLE. I live a 2 minute walk from this location but it’s right off the highway so it’s gets really busy when folks travel through on long weekends and in the summer. Even when it gets really busy, they get my order right and make it look easy, and Cathy remembers my name every time. The drive thru isn’t always open it’s a small space with loading areas for the stores in the strip competing for the space so it sometimes get blocked off with loading trucks but this is compensated for by having a SUPER FAST mobile order turn around time. Just download the app and do a mobile order if you’re crunched for time. 5 stars all around.
OMG! You can’t believe how busy is this Starbucks and yet they very fast with smile! If there’s a vote for the best Starbucks workers, this team will be the winner. We had pineapple passionfruit lemonade and coconut latte and as always they’re so good.Food: 5/5
I always order an iced matcha latte but tried the Java Chip Frappuccino today and it was yummmmy. Good blend of chocolate and some bitterness of coffee, then a few chocolate bitsFood: 5/5

So many times I want to order ahead and it isn't available. Get to the store and the drive thru is closed. They are adjusting the hours constantly; never know when it's going to be open. It definitely needs some consistency. Why have the order ahead service and drive thru features if not going to utilize them?Food: 4/5

I am writing this review based solely on the employee named Cathy. She was working the til this morning. My mom is very specific about things and cathy really took the time to listen to my mom and suggest drinks based on my mom’s preferences. Cathy was super kind and we never felt rushed or anything negative. My mom was very happy with her drink. Its not often there is customer service like cathy gave us anymore :
Staff were swamped but still friendly and got my order right. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is because the parking situation which was atrocious. Seen less chaos at a Richmond traffic accident. Pre order and bring a runner with you so you don't have to park.Food: 4/5
This is a busy location. Staff is extremely friendly and our drinks were made perfect. Parking is small but feel free to park in the gas station parking spots next door.
