Just got crispy chicken habanero bowl rice and quinoa underneath chicken is cold as ice. Never had that experience before with Tim Hortons. They weren’t even busy at all. Some Tim Hortons employees were chatting sitting on chairs in dining. Doesn’t make sense putting the cold rice underneath warm chicken. No point having more than enough staff and still giving poor service to customers. Total wastage of food and money.
One of the worst experiences at Tim's. Short staffs, waiting in front of cashier for over 10mins while one staff prioritize drive thru over dine in customers. Washroom looks like a war zone. Food flies everywhere. TDL Group Corp. Franchise needs attention to this location.
My Crispy BBQ Chicken bowl was very dry and it looked like it was cooked hours ago and my chicken wasn't crispy like it says in the name. Also, your rice wasn't hot at all, it was just warm.Food: 2/5
In the land of Tim Hortons, so famous and old, A coffee shop story, once warm, now feels cold. It used to be special, a place to adore, But now, my dear friends, it's not like before. The donuts and coffee once made hearts aflutter, Now taste like the rest, a bit bland, a bit utter. No longer unique, it's fast food in disguise, Three stars, it deserves, as my taste gently sighs. Tim's charm from the past, oh, how it has faded, In a world of fast coffee, it's no longer celebrated. It's not quite the same, but it's still a fine spot, For a quick caffeine fix, but not for what's hot.
The drive through staff are super disorganized and rude. I wish I could give them zero stars. They don't let people know to wait when they are unresponsive. They made us drive around twice to place our order. No napkins. Order was wrong. Do better ownership / management. Tim Hortons has a level of expectation their clients have you are far below them.
Very slow service. Not enough people on counter,but 4 to cover drive thru. Food was fast,good and hot. 0 stars for service. Just went through the drive-thru. 17 minutes in line up. They misunderstood my order for a double-double and told me to go back around and wait in line again. Are you kidding me?! How do you mess up a double-double?

Tell your workers to listen, and coffee is literally essential at Tim hortons, so Instead of being lazy and not brewing it, either have it ready or get it ready when an order comes. And I was willing to compromise and just take the regular but your workers seem to have an attitude problem even giving me regular coffee. Not entitled but simply pointing out that if your restaurant can’t deliver coffee than maybe you should shut down
Horrible service. Literally took my order then served the people behind me first. Stood there for 15 min waiting to give my order. Another 15 to make a tea and grilled cheese. Very very very poor effort from this place. Just do better at everythingService: 1/5
