Triple O's

Great experience with the manager/ owner Dev and his team. Food was fresh and excellent quality. Washrooms were clean. We were a group of 9 including 4 kids. Our whole experience was very comfortable from ordering food to getting it served. All the special request/ changes with burgers were accommodated . Dev personally was very helpful and made our stop at this gas station very easy going. Thanks for all the hospitality. The team deserves a 5 star .

Great little pit stop. They have specials on mon, tue, wed cod burger which was what I got... fish was crisp and hot. Food: 4/5

We ordered 2 BC burgers, one chicken and one beef. We received two beef burgers and when we asked to get one corrected to chicken we were told “That’s what we ordered” and that we would have to pay again to get the correct order. Oddly enough we were able to return the wrong item and get a refund instead of the correct order, and didn’t feel comfortable paying for a new item having that person make it for us after that interaction. Poor service and an odd way to handle that issue.

Delicious food first and foremost! Really hits the spot on a long road trip when passing through Merritt. Staff also are accommodating, including providing water via the fountain pop machine inside. Only remark against this location is the surrounding atmosphere may leave something to be desired in terms of cleanliness and overall feelings of security. That said - when passing through - this is a great option for a bite on the road! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available. Worse service ever.. Bought a burger meal with onion rings costing over $20 bucks! and staff stated onion rings does not come with a dipping sauce when asked.. Sure that’s fine.. I asked if there any dipping sauces and staff said no, then offered me ketchup. I asked again..no honey mustard sauce or bbq sauce? Staff then said there are but there is a charge.. I said that’s fine.. Give me the dipping sauce [so I can enjoy the onion rings].. I ended up getting two dipping sauces paying $0.99 x2 plus tax.. only to realize one had a broken seal.. I’ve eaten there occasionally when visiting Merritt.. but it will sure be my last.. :

Nice and quick through the drive through, a little pricey for a drive through fast food place. Two combos for us was around $40, a little much for a drive through burger and fries. It was pretty tasty and filling though, we ended up skipping dinner after having lunch here at two because we stayed full. The burger had less flavour focused in the meat and more in the bread and veggies. Poutine was nice, nothing amazing, nothing terrible.

My wife was just charged $20 for 8 chicken strips. No meal, no anything else, just 8 chicken strips. The server refused to refund the overpriced meal. Triple O’s and Chevron will not see us again as customers. I have contacted Triple O’s head office to hopefully prevent this scam from happening to anyone else. Followed up with Dave from the Triple O’s in Merritt and he said the price was correct and my wife CLEARLY missed the pricing displayed on the screens provided. I assured him my family would not be purchasing from any Triple O’s in the future.

Very frustrating experience. I couldn't get the car charger working so I wasted a lot of time, making me very late. Then the drive-through was closed right at lunch time, so I joined the long lineup at the counter. Then the ketchup dispenser was empty.

I have good service. Everyone is happy and willing to help any way they can. The milkshakes are the best and made with real icecream. Worth every penny. Parking: There is parking for cars trucks handy cap and s for electric

Date: June 26, 2:53pm the service was really bad. i ordered at the drive thru and the employee talking to me was just rude and just rushed taking my order to get it over with. I went to the window to receive my order and just went on my way and realized the order was wrong so I went back and they argued with me that I did not say my order right. this was the third time I've gone to this place and the ones before was just for a milkshake that took 30mins to get to me.
