Good experience here. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The washroom is clean also. The server was friendly. I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s over the years and this was a great restaurant and good quality food.
This McDonald's is close to home, been here many time, but I've had enough, Not a good place to go. Understaffed, or at least looks like it. Not clean. Seems like staff isn't trained properly. Service wasn't good. Order incomplete, didn't even get condiments in the bag, do not recommend going here, ever!! I've been at other McDonald's were it was much busier than this one. They were much faster, organized. And polite, staff at this place, not polite what so ever.
This place needs to close down and get new owners! Our orders are always wrong, most of the time the coke tastes like water. Not to mention the ice cream machine is always broken, not serving or ran out. It is pathetic, I ask for a normal chicken nugget piece with fries and sweet and sour sauce and I don’t get sweet and sour sauce. They don’t even put straws in for the drinks! I ordered a cheese burger but there was no cheese on! When we order coffee with sugar, there’s never sugar in the coffee! It’s a 24 hour drive thru, but again, like this morning they were closed at 6AM. I definitely would not go here! 1 star is way to much for them!! What type of operation are they running???? By far the worst local McDonald's, and I have worked as a manager at another McDonald's location in the past. Service is terribly slow and they are constantly running out of product, it's astonishing sometimes. Orders are usually made incorrectly, somehow they manage to forget straws consistently and cheap out on ingredients. I don't get McDonald's often but from what I recall a mcchicken gets more than half a pump of sauce and 3 shredded pieces of lettuce. Anyways, I'd just hit up another location if you have a craving.
Like many McDonalds they are always understaffed. The staff themselves are great but be prepared to wait a while if ordering in due to lack of staff . For the most part orders are correct. Inside is not very clean , again could use more staff.Food: 4/5
The two girls that worked in the front today 12/25/22 at 12pm need a raise. They do job of 6 people but there is just two of them. The management should hire more people. I did get my ordered messed up a bit but they apologized and fixed it without any problems. There are some as* people that clearly never worked in customer service and I feel sorry for the girls. The locals also do not make it any easier for them. While I was waiting in peace for sugar one local man yelled at the girl for me although I did not ask him to do so and commented “this is how you get it done” disgusting. I guess some people like yelling at overworked people just to get sugar. It made me feel horrible that I did not say anything to him so here is my long, apologetic to the girls in the front review.
Disgusting kids room and inability to process an order properly. The kid’s room looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. Every table was nasty and everywhere I stepped was sticky. I ordered a kid’s meal. Was rung up as a normal order, so no toy and box. It was a crazy lunch hour so I didn’t say anything. But come on. The guy eating behind me complained to his friends this location never gets orders right. Won’t be back.
Lack of organization. I was the only customer in line and employees just walked by me without a word. Took forever to get my order and then it came cold. Employees clearly don't care about customer service or quality of product.... I get it! It's McDonald's expectations are moderate but this one was so bad that I was compelled to review
Huge rave to the manager at this location! He handles a situation with us with a lot of understanding and compassion, he went above and beyond to make sure our kids had a great experience! The staff there are always kind. Thank you!
Went inside today at 630pm to get food for my niece, gf and I. While waiting for food inside a younger teenage employee was playing on his phone while the manager gave him trouble. Employee blew off of the manager continued his text message on his phone, put said phone back in back pocket and went back to work WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! Then proceeds to work the fries and wrap burgers. Very unsanitary and pungent. Employees shouldn't be on their phone during shift. At minimum wash your hands BEFORE handling food!
