I ordered roast beef with crispy onion sandwich and iced cap with a espresso shot, and after waiting so long, they gave a totally burned bread sandwich with an iced cap that had no espresso in it. When I told them, after waiting sooo long again they said "oh we gonna give it to you on the side, then after waiting again they " said oh the espresso machine does not work and when I said then please return my money, the lady took my cup and dumped in the sink right in front of me and said " OK come and get your money." That was the worst branch I've ever been.
Absolutely horrible. My mom is 37weeks pregnant and she was craving some Tim’s, she went to the bathroom while ordering and her experience there was horrible. There was feces on the side of the sink and all over the floors. It smelt horrible, my experience with ordering was no better. 1, there was a worker eating whilst making orders, no glove changing, hand washing. She changed her gloves once she noticed I was observing this behaviour with a disgusting look on my face. 2. They make fun of people in Punjabi; I am Punjabi myself and they were making very racist remarks against Caucasian/African people. I found this extremely disturbing. 3. They ask you to repeat your order numerous times. 4. We ordered a simple 2 coffee and coup, it took them around 25 minutes to complete the order. I will be going back and taking pictures, reporting them to Fraser health. This is beyond unacceptable.
I am in a customer service job. I really think Tim Hortons needs higher standards. The staff don't even speak to you in the drive thru. Just take your money and throw your food at you. Come on Tim Hortons do better!
Doesn't offer everything on the menu, like roasted chicken instead of crispy but the food was good. More attention could be paid to special order drinks. I always order half French vanilla, half double double and they get it right 50% of the time.
If I could rate this Tim Hortons a 0 star, I would. I ordered a large chili today from this location & was handed a 3" piece of bread with it. When I politely asked why I didn't get the normal full size piece of bread that usually accompanies a LARGE chili, they became aggressive and agitated & repeated that this is what a large chili gets. So I asked if I could get the large bread with it, and they refused. I told them I would pay for the bigger piece of bread and they charged me $1.77 for it. This location in the past 6 months has become a trash establishment with zero experience in customer service. I decided to go to the Tim Hortons on Lefeuvre and order the exact same order but without mentioning the bun size. Just as I thought, they not only gave me the full bun but also didn't charge extra for it. I will attach photos of the difference below. GO TO THE ONE ON LEFEUVRE, IT'S MUCH BETTER.
Very disappointed with the service today. I'm not out in Aldergrove that often anymore, but when I am I always stop here because they have the best "cinnamon buns" of any Tim's I've been too. I went through the drive through today with my usual order hot chocolate + cinnamon bun and was bluntly told "we don't carry those." I clarified because sometimes they're just sold out. "We don't carry those." I ordered something else and looked on the app in the parking lot. "Cinnamon Roll".... I've been ordering them as cinnamon buns for 2+ years and nobody has ever corrected me or not known what I wanted. This includes the year plus of ordering "cinnamon buns" every weekend when I was visiting family five minutes away. I guess next time I'll have to go in and point to exactly what I want at the counter...
Went to get a couple drinks and was asked to pull into the lot to wait to get the second one served. I asked why the wait on the other drink and employees came rushing to the window frantic saying the timer is going off for them wait and it will be brought out. Tim Hortons is making unrealistic expectations of the drive thru window if having an employee leave the store to deliver a drink is more in line with their efficiency goals than waiting 30 seconds at the window.
I am so incredibly disappointed with the service here. Almost every time I have ordered here they have gotten something wrong. On top of that either their espresso machine or scanner is down. There is a complete lack of any organization between the team members and the service is so slow. I don’t understand why they can’t seem to get things right? I’d go to any other Tim Hortons but this is the closest one to my house and sometimes I don’t have time/want to make coffee at home. I really wish they could figure things out.
Exceptional service - they appeared to be all out of the cookies we wanted, so they made us a fresh batch! Delicious and warm! Space was well organized to accommodate for distancing. Nice to still be able to sit in with the kids.
worst tims experience ever, drinks were not made at all like they should be, I was insulted when asked for refund, I used the washroom and found feces on the floor. Quite sickining, Tims won’t see my money again!
