Wendy's

I love wendys' burgers and chicken and eat at this location regularly, but will cease to return after the third time in the a row that my order has been incorrect in the drive-thru late night with no one else around. This time, I ordered 4 JBCs, 2 spicy chicken wraps and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. They forgot one wrap and the spicy chicken sandwich and replied with "Oh" when I went around through the drive thru and let them know. When I finally got home I had to throw one JBC straight into the trash because it had a long black hair running across the whole top of the bun. I then had to check through everything I bought before anyone ate to make sure there were no hairs or anything else inedible inside. Like I said, I love Wendy's, but the service at this particular location is embarrassing to say the least. Until something is done about the lack of order accuracy and now the apparent issues with hair I personally will be avoiding Wendy's altogether.

They are incapable to get your order right. I have commented on here before but they got my review removed somehow. The staff is extremely rude. Today they once again did not make my order correct even after asking again at the window. Gave me my drink and it was not even filled up. Why can't they hire competent staff here?? Seems like they don't care. I've contacted head office before any they never got back to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to McDonald across the street.

I just picked up a wendy's chicken burger combo and a kids meal for my daughter. I was over half way through my burger when I bit into a MASSIVE piece of plastic. I immediately spat it out. I called the location immediately and spoke to the manager. She Jatinder asked me to come in and she would credit me my meal back. I came back and brought in the burger and plastic piece. I asked her where this plastic could have came from and she said likely a bag of lettuce, corner of the bag... The Manager did offer to replace the meal "complimentary", however after this experience I definitely did not want another meal.. This is SO revolting...had my daughter happened to have that in her burger she may have choked. Does the food not get checked prior to sending out?

Staff is friendly and quick, the seating area was clean. They didn't have any toys for my kid so they gave her a free ice cream.

Had to wait a long time for service. Order was wrong but fixed right away and courteously. Food was okay once we got it. Probably won't go out of my way to stop here again while travelling.

Ordered a bacon deluxe. Was charged for a bacon deluxe. Received a cheese burger with no bacon. Also happens with their chicken burgers all the time. Get charged for an Asiago ranch chicken burger then receive a grilled chicken patty on a whole wheat bun. Seriously, this isn't rocket science. nov 27-2017 recived a cold chicken breast on my burger and it has some orange salad dressing on it instead of ranch.....asiago RANCH chicken club. its in the name.......

This is the worst fast food place I've been to everytime I have gone they have messed up my order by forgetting somthing. Don't get me started on the staff, they all seem like they don't want to be their and their attitudes are horrible.

All depends on the day and time you buy. As all fast food restaurants can be this way having food waiting. Service is usually up to par.

Maybe you guys should hire some people that can speak and understand english so you don't have to sit there and go over what you ordered 12 times and still get something completely wrong

Manager rocked my custom salad order. Vegan salad was better than most restaurants when it was done lol.
