Food was good, service was great. Our server was accommodating of our toddler and very friendly. White Spot used to have better salads, was really craving that.
The service at this location was outstanding! Our server anticipated our every need and we didn't have to wait for anything. The food was delicious and filling. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free and I found delicious things to eat here.
Had a very delicious lunch at White Spot in Aldergrove with a friend. Had Ice Tea, Chicken tenders, Fries, cole skaw and Ceasar salad. You gotta go there. Service was great. The server was very pleasant and friendly.

Brilliant service from our server Carys & the food was piping hot and tasty!!! Cozy atmosphere with an at home feel. Made a large pick-up order. Once home I realized they did not include any of the side orders, with the exception of the ceaser salad. All fries were missing. Called to inform them of such and was directed to make the trek back for the fries after being told on the phone they were included in the bag, when they obviously weren’t. Was further informed they do not do anything about missing fries other than offer more or a complimentary desert. What I really wanted was to not have to drive all the way back and for everything to just have been included the first time, is it that hard?
The worst meal I've had. The Friday before Xmas. When it was -20 outside AND INSIDE of this white spot. My babies hands were frozen. We wore our jackets inside the whole time. There was no heat. Our meal took 2 hrs to get. My kids Mac and cheese was dried out day before food l. My Cesar had no dressing. It was the worst white spot experience I've ever had. That being said.... Sandy was an absolute dream and took the blame for it all. Which she didn't have too. She is a dream. And was nothing short of absolutely amazing. She deserves a huge raise! Even when we have seen her in town since. She still apologizes. It ended up being a 3 hr trip to white spot and still unsatisfied. But I honestly don't think I'll ever visit this location again. Which is a shame because we live so close. Everytime I've gone there. There has been an issue with food, service, etc..
I was waiting at the door for quite a while before anyone troubled to come and seat me, despite the place being almost empty and the servers by the bar having seen me as soon as I came in. I ordered GF seafood fettuccini. What arrived was penne pasta that had clearly been cooked in advance and refrigerated, then reheated and had some watery make-from-a-packet sauce and a few Vietnamese shrimps and some salmon bits mixed in. Avoid
I ordered the chicken strips, zoo sticks and coleslaw. The chicken strips were hard to bite, seemed to have been sitting out under a heat lamp, and zoo sticks were cold. We ordered 2 alcoholic beverages and then the manager "cut us off" and refused to serve us anything more. We left very unhappy.
