Wow, what can I say pretty impressed with our first visited. Right we walked in, wow clean and everywhere looked wow for us. I like cleanliness and organized especially the restaurant is the most important thing for me. Amazing customer service and we loved everything we ordered. I normally didn't like fast foods and I barely have it but Arby only place I can eat without upset my stomach or dizzy or throw up. I didn't like french fries but can't stop eating their curly fries, so delicious! Really clean washrooms and a lot of parking spot. We just moved here so this place will be our favorite place. Thank you we had such a great time today for our first visited both me and my friend.
Order the new Triple cheese turkey blt. Looked so good in the photo on menu. What a disappointment. Bad lettuce, Mushie tomato, thin precooked microwave bacon, squished bun. nothing like the photo - size wise and presentation wise. Husbands double beef and cheddar was good. Photos added.
Decent But they are missing some menu items that the US Arby's counterparts have such as the potato cakes and the arby's rib sandwich which is OUTSTANDING - Hey Arby's management - bring the rib sandwich to Canada because obviously McDonald's won't bring there's anymore
It's been a long while since I last visited an Arby's and I was surprised at how great the sandwich and fries are. Truly great. The curly fries are the best fries I've eaten in a while, crisp, not burnt or dry, very nice. The sandwich was way better than almost all of the burgers I've eaten recently. The restaurant is bright, very clean and the server was attentive, happy and efficient. Good job folks, I'll be back!
We have been going to Arby's since I was a kid. I really wish there were more around!! It is a delicious fast food alternative. My favorite is the Beef n' Cheddar YUM! My mom tried the turkey gyro and loved it. We only did the drive through, the speaker was clear. The customer service was good. We will continue to return to this Arby's !!
We love their food! The sandwiches and fries are our go-to item. The loaded Greek curly fries were exceptionally tasty. Every time my sister comes to town we go! Our fav fast food treat!
Foods fantastic. Love the ease of location off the highway in Aldergrove. But sadly that can’t be said about the customer service. Going to through the drive thru was a little bit of a nightmare. No proper greeting and was very snappy and a very impatient. Sadly a 1 star review this time.
Used to be good. Charging for everything now. I asked for a few extra horsey sauces and they wanted to charge extra. I had my sandwich and 3 hours later I was driving the porcelain bus. Parking: People need to park in between the white lines.
Food was slightly basic, but very good. It was very clean and organized inside. Multiple good soft drink options, and dipping sauces too.Food: 4/5
Was super excited when they announced that Aldergrove would be getting an Arby's!! It did not disappoint once opened! The staff is super friendly and quick! Have been 4x and orders have always been correct, hot and fresh! Absolutely delicious!
