Good experience here. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The washroom is clean also. The server was friendly. I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s over the years and this was a great restaurant and good quality food.
Ordered from doordash, first they sent the wrong order, and when they came back we were still missing the Sundays, when we called for the second time the person I was dealing with on the phone was extremely rude and telling me they sent three bags and one of them had two Sundays in it and hung up on me. When I tried to call back multiple times to tell them that we had only received two bags they refused to answer the phone, how's that for your friendly neighborhood McDonald's staff ? I'm not exactly sure how this McDonald's survives when it has pretty much the worst reputation for being consistently terrible in every aspect.
By far the worst local McDonald's, and I have worked as a manager at another McDonald's location in the past. Service is terribly slow and they are constantly running out of product, it's astonishing sometimes. Orders are usually made incorrectly, somehow they manage to forget straws consistently and cheap out on ingredients. I don't get McDonald's often but from what I recall a mcchicken gets more than half a pump of sauce and 3 shredded pieces of lettuce. Anyways, I'd just hit up another location if you have a craving.
Like many McDonalds they are always understaffed. The staff themselves are great but be prepared to wait a while if ordering in due to lack of staff . For the most part orders are correct. Inside is not very clean , again could use more staff.Food: 4/5
The two girls that worked in the front today 12/25/22 at 12pm need a raise. They do job of 6 people but there is just two of them. The management should hire more people. I did get my ordered messed up a bit but they apologized and fixed it without any problems. There are some as* people that clearly never worked in customer service and I feel sorry for the girls. The locals also do not make it any easier for them. While I was waiting in peace for sugar one local man yelled at the girl for me although I did not ask him to do so and commented “this is how you get it done” disgusting. I guess some people like yelling at overworked people just to get sugar. It made me feel horrible that I did not say anything to him so here is my long, apologetic to the girls in the front review.
We ordered a quick snack before dinner what a mistake. I ordered a quarter pounder hamburger which means no cheese and a Mc Chicken no lettuce extra mayo what we got was a Mc chicken with a big chunk of bun ripped off and my quarter ham had cheese even though it said on the box no cheese. I left my hubby home to eat the fries and I would fix the order. Back to the store I explained it the cashier and she said no problem I will fix it. 2nd time around mine still had cheese this time the mc chicken had extra lettuce no sauce, 3rd time I talk to the manager he said I will fix it myself but this happens all the time. I was so calm at the store no Karen in sight but I was so upset when I got home.
Huge rave to the manager at this location! He handles a situation with us with a lot of understanding and compassion, he went above and beyond to make sure our kids had a great experience! The staff there are always kind. Thank you!
False advertising. Dining is not open til midnight. They will close early at random and leave you stranded outside without a care.Food: 1/5
If this could have negative stars.. this mcdonalds would have the most.. The WORST mcdonalds on the planet. Their kids play place is DISGUSTING. I literally had to throw my kids socks out when we left. They were black. And I even took photos. They never clean their bathrooms. Or wash the floors. I'd be scared to see their kitchen. Their drive thru on the weekend is terrible. No staff. Everything u order is wrong. They give pancakes with no syrup or utensils.. don't go here. Aldergrove needs another mcdonalds or this one needs a new owner. One that cares. Kid-friendliness: KID CLEANLINESS
Food is typical McDonald's, the location is good, just off Fraser Highway and close to the freeway. The service was less than average, long wait when it was slow and no personality with the employee. Not a McDonald's of choice.Food: 3/5
