Great experience with not only the food product but also the staff. Had the bacon grilled chicken sandwich- amazingly fresh and tasty. Dealt with Sheena- truly a professional and did everything to make our experience memorable. Congratulations to the staff - keep up the great work. Highly recommend
This McDonald's outlet is very popular in Carleton place, although the small size, people come often for a bite, to get offered a choice of burgers, famous fries and sweet treats. We can never forget about the great Mc Café coffee. Looks and grown ups can never have enough. I highly recommend Mc Donald's. Kudos to all the hardworking team members there. Here's the truth about this particular McDonald's... There's a greater than 80% chance they get your order wrong. True story. Never seen anything like it. Nice folks, standard mcD's items but so many times we just have to go back to fix something, pickup something they missed on the order or didn't include.
It’s McDonald’s ok of course we know the good flavours even though it’s not good for us to eat ! I rarely come here but the fries are always a must, you can ask them to make anything fresh and they will do you don’t have to eat something that’s been under the lights warming up for a while :
Im not sure whats so difficult about making "plain" burgers or only leaving the requested toppings. Consistently, every time I go through the drive thru, they put EVERYTHING on the burgers. I ask for it "plain" or "just chesse" i get ALL THE TOPPINGS. Every time I think "it'll be different, maybe they'll ACTUALLY get it right this time" and EVERYTIME this specific McDonald's manages to royally mess up my order. Im literally making your lives easier and for some reason "none" means "everything". Im dont with this mcdicks. Highly recommend avoiding this McDonald's entirely.
Wait in drive through for 15 minutes. Only to get 10 minutes away and have a freezing cold coffee. Literally cold as if they didn’t even heat the water. This McDonald’s is always a mess.
Ordered a #2breakfast with an orange juice instead of coffee I get to work only to see they didn't put the egg on my sauage egg Mcmuffin not impressed,I am so tried of people not doing their job.this is not the first time but it will be the last time.
Was in the line for the drive through at 11:45pm when I got to the intercom at 11:55pm I get an automated message saying please come back during operating hours. This is unacceptable considering I was in line before you closed as well as at the intercom before you closed. What makes it even worse is I was literally the last car. I worked in the restaurant business for 8 years and would never do this. Totally unacceptable and inconsiderate. I work nights and have very little options to grab a quick bite in Carleton place before work. Food is great one day and not so great other days. Time to retrain your staff, managers as well. Ridiculous. This happened a few weeks ago now
I'm ordering the food through the valley eat delivery service. 4 of 5 recent orders McDonald's staff is struggling: 1 to prepare the food in time 2 to put straws for the drinks 3 to add ketchup bags 4 to count number of drinks 5 to count number of meals If someone asks me what can go wrong with your order at this branch. My answer would be - everything
Seemed understaffed which is the new norm in 2022, dirty inside, drink lids, napkins, straws not refilled and long wait - overall not the greatest experience Edit: no toilette paper in washroom and was very dirty
