Worst customer service from the cashier Helen. Scolded me in front of the entire store and embarrassed me. Tried to have a little fun and sing a latte order and she yelled at us saying we were awful and disrespectful because we didn’t realize the kind of day they had? We walked out without ordering as she was so rude and mean. Can’t believe the customer service. Rest of the girls working seemed great and we’re smiling along with us, they even felt so bad they gave my sister a drink to give to me.
Like the place. We had about 10 people ahead Maybe we were during lunch time. It was busy. Staff were very good, polite and courteous. We had drink and some sandwiches for takeout.Food: 4/5
Kudo’s to this shop. Honestly, every time I go into this Starbucks, the staff has been friendly and warm. Even when it’s busy, they muster up a smile and make you feel like you are worth the effort.
I went through the drive thru at 8:54pm and the employees lied to me saying they were closed. Once I called the store and asked for the hours, one of the employees lied to me and told me they had to close early because they ran out of food and milk. Customer service was trash, the lady on the speaker was rude and the man I spoke with on the phone was disrespectful. I’m a regular customer with Starbucks and this was the absolute worst service I’ve ever had. Would not recommend coming here if you want good service. Will be contacting corporate.
Very disappointed to witness such terrible customer service yesterday. A customer was patient in waiting for her order and the barista was snarky and rude to the customer. After about 10 minutes of this, the customer then asked to speak to a manager. Turns out the manager was actually sitting at one of the tables!! How could she sit there on her laptop and not get up when this was going on?? Unfortunately, the manager defended the employee until a customer at another table spoke up and bluntly told the manager how terrible this was and that she too couldn't believe how this customer was treated. It appears the manager then decided to take action. Very disappointed that the manager was right there when this happened and did nothing. Also, disappointed that it took a 2nd customer speaking up till the manager took action.
Love this spot! They are always so friendly, fast and helpful. My drink has always tasted great! Pretty displays of cups too.
As an avid cyclist I sometimes only need water. Free always in a plastic cup with or without ice and still with a friendly smile. Carleton Place team is always wonderful.
I always swing by this location whenever I'm heading up to the cottage. Staff are always friendly. Drive through can be a little slow at times depending when you go, especially when the cars in front order 10 different things.Food: 5/5
i never have a good experience at this store. between the baristas being rude and snarky or the drinks being absolutely disgusting. i went there today, waited at the speaker in an empty drive thru for 5 minutes before she rushed my order. then proceed to get to the window and i told her i have a partner discount, scans the card rolls her eyes and uses the money off my card without asking first. which idc i was going to use the money anyway but that’s not the point. they made the drink wrong, takes it out of my hands and makes it wrong again. and they still taste gross
Had Cinnamon Carmel Vanilla Cold Brew!!! In heaven. Soooooo goodWould have it again.Service: 5/5
