The food here is quite good. I think people underestimate their burgers and other food items and only focus on the ice cream. There can be a bit of a wait for service on the weekends as they are usually quite busy. I find that their prices are better than most of the other fast food restaurants.
Was the only customer at the take out window. Sat there over 30 min. The girl went to the till totally ignored me. Gave me a sundae voucher. Food was ice cold.
I was in to get a birthday cake. The service was excellent. The clerk assisted me with the cake selection.Food: 5/5
Purchased a Birthday Cake for our twin Granddaughters. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pleased with the Reese's ice cream cake.
Waited for 40 minutes in the drive through with only 5 CARS. Idk if im ever coming here again.
We went to daily queen in Carleton Place it was the worst We were in the drive through at 8:55 buy the time we got to the window no one answered so we pulled up to the window and they just finished serving the car in front of us pull up lady said they were closed. I never been so angry I said I was in the lineup before she just shut the window on me. We are there every second night my husband said we will never go again it made me feel so angry I've worked retail and you are there to serve customers so maybe its 5 afternoon 9 you just made that customers day. Thank you for nothing.
Got my order wrong. Not a big deal but seems to be common here. I doubt I will be back to this location.
So far my experiences has been good. Staff is nice, they are trying. Food and icecream is good..

Always friendly staff. Food is always good. They make the best blizzards. Wait time isn't bad depending on when you go.
