It's been a few years since I've had Red Robins since they packed it up in Alberta. It was hit and miss but I still loved eating there. We couldn't leave BC without hitting up Red Robins at least once for memory sake. This visit was awesome and hit the spot and made us miss Red Robins even more. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh, kids loved the mac and cheese. Can't forget the cheesy random decor to top off the visit down memory lane. Red Robins will be another place added to our list of places to visit while in Victoria, while it's not perfect, it still hits just right like we were back in Edmonton.
My husband and I eat here regularly and they never disappoint. The hosts and servers are always so kind, checking up on us regularly, and are quite personable and social. The food is delicious too. We split the promo cheesesticks with the red pepper jelly not pictured, since we went through then rather quickly. My husband got the Whiskey River burger, which was massive and he almost couldn't finish, and I leaned towards the promo fondue burger, which isn't my normal order here but it's the one time I didn't regret buying a promo/limited time item at a restaurant. We were full but ordered dessert to go anyway, which we also don't normally do. We ordered the cheesecake for my husband and the triple chocolate cookies for myself. Suffice it to say, we might have to start ordering dessert when we're there from now on. In short, this place has consistently wonderful staff and consistently delicious food. Worth the stop, if you're in town!
Highly recommend! This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we were not disappointed. Generous portions. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Convenient location. Excellent service Grayson was our server today. Love the idea of unlimited refills on sides and bottomless beverages which even included ice cream floats!. Huge variety on the menu. Shown here is the Madlove Burger and steak fries. Delicious. One of the best burgers I've eaten!
I had the BBQ Whiskey Chicken Wrap with Cesar salad and a chocolate Milkshake. My husband had a hot burger forgot the name with french fries and a beer. The wrap was delicious I would definitely order it again, the Cesar salad wasn't That good. And the milkshake was also delicious Hubby said that his burger was amazing and the french fries were very yummy. Beer was good too
First time checking out this chain, and it is certainly popular with families. We sat in the lounge, so it was much quieter there, though still busy. Limited beer selection on tap, but the Trailhopper IPA is a good one in any case. I had the Scorpion Burger which had just the right amount of heat. I was concerned it would be too hot but that wasn't an issue. My wife had a chicken Burger which somehow ended up being quite expensive despite mine being on the gourmet burger list and hers not. Nonetheless she said it was good, but not amazing. Service was good. The burger was juicy and hot, but could have used a touch more seasoning...but the Scorpion pepper sauce on mine compensated for that. Will go back if we are in that part of town. Like that the sides are bottomless, although we certainly had no room for refills
No question about burger taste and quality. Love unlimited sides. However only issue with their service because sometimes its hard to find a server when needed even after bunch of workers around you.
Ordered through Uber eats. Did not receive cheese dip. Subbed fries but received a side salad? I even ordered gravy but that didn’t clue them into providing me with the fries I ordered. Also ordered side bbq but they added that to my cheeseburger instead making it gross and soggy. Did not receive dip for Yukon chips. It was such lays wavy chips? Lots went wrong here. Wish I got fries to make me feel better. I can maybe drink the gravy to relieve my pain?
Try the Madlover burger a 10 out of 10, juicy, messy, crispy bits. The home made Yukon chips are an excellent side. Staff very friendly hence my generous tip.
Nice burger place always full of customers. Customer seems to enjoy with family. it is kids friendly restaurant and fast food combination. The stuff help celebrate customers birthday. Such act makes customers to visit more into Red robin. The location for parking, having outdoors is one of the best qualities of this restaurant. The only little problem I observed is the healthy option don't have much choice.
So we were given a table that had crumbs on the table top and on the worn out seats . The food looks and taste great. The service was also quite good.
