Staff does Not bother to read the orders, NO BUN , ONLY MEAT AND CHEESE and I get everything but !!! DO BETTER , READ !!!!
Good customer service and friendly staff. Seems clean and pretty quick at drive thru. Foods usually accurate and fresh for fast food. Accessible doors and easy entrance. My reason for 3 stars is that they charge for mac sauce but do not charge for ketchup? I like mac sauce on the side for my burger and they always charge for this which doesn't make sense to me as it is a burger condiment. If I ask for it on the burger they do not charge however, I like to put on myself as they usually put way too much on the burger. COVID19 - must wear a mask if going inside and seems clean.
Drive through was busy however flowing very well. Didn’t have to wait long for my food. Food seemed fresh and was served hot. Portion of fries is consistently poor at this location. Only half filled most of the time.Recommended dishesBig Mac, Mcchicken
Food was decent . Not a long wait . Heard the way the supervisor was talking down to all staff September 30th 2022 at around 8pm and almost spoke up . People tend to do better when you talk to them like humans . Honestly shocked no staff walked out . All I can say is some people can handle a higher position others tend to feel above all .
Every time I go here there is something missing. I got my 4 fries and only 3 burgers. It wasn’t till we got home and realized that we were missing one but this isn’t just a one time thing it happens all the time next time I go there I will be sure to check my bag before I leave. And food didn’t taste fresh at all.
Order is always wrong, staff is horrible. Waited 10 mins to get my order taken for it to be wrong and for the lady to tell me my 1 year old can’t play on the playground. Like lighten up a bit, life is too short.
I used this Mcdonald's as a pit stop on my way up to Tobemory, and it was a great pit spot. One of the few places that keep their washrooms not only open, but also clean during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff are good at enforcing social distancing, and are very friendly.
Jan 24th at 825am i ordered 2 blts. There was no egg on either, was parked and waited until 833am for my food Ordered threw the drive thru at 720pm on June 28th. Waited in line until 744pm. Got to the window and was asked to park. This location needs management that knows what it is doing on ALL shifts! Finally recieved my food at 747pm! The wait was absolutely pathetic.
The wait time is horrible I can’t believe how many times I was just about to turn around someone would come to the counter grub a cookie and leave took me over 10 minutes to finely ordered my food this is not a fast food that’s just disrespectful.
I don't usually writes reviews, but this is by far the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. The old lady was rude! I ordered and iced coffee and I saw it sitting there, 6 minutes went by, and I asked the old lady how long my iced coffee would be. She replied, " t'll take as long as it takes!" wow! Wonderful customer service.
