Overall, not bad. Food was so-so but the coffee was good although not great. They close rather early. If you want to add your own cream and sugar, you really can't as there did not appear to be any available for customer use. Lots of room inside though so there was never a problem finding a table.
Came in on a Saturday morning for a breakfast. Everything was delicious. lovely seating area. staff were really friendly and quick to take and make your order. I can see myself coming there multiple time. Amazing experience.Food: 5/5
A legit coffee and tea shop in the heart of downtown Owen Sound. The river district Try the shortbread cookies. You won't regret it!Food: 5/5
Staff was friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Nicely decorated interior and the portions are perfect. I got a bagel and a cappuccino and both were delicious. You have the option to take them to go but if you have the time I recommend having a seat and relaxing for your morning wakeup.
Frog Ponds Cafe is a very nice little cafe. The prices for the beverages are very reasonable. I definitely would return and perhaps try a sandwich or wrap next time.
Great little cafe. Nice atmosphere. Service is very good. Friendly staff. Good coffee, great choice of loose leaf teas. Nice treats to go with your coffee. Light lunch options too. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in. Would accommodate a wheelchair.
Lovely cafe, with a wide selection of teas, espresso drinks, and coffee. Latte was good and and had a chicken cranberry naan sandwich which was super delicious and full of flavour. The server was friend and I got my food promptly. The atmosphere is inviting and open.
Being on the road across Canada I have had some good coffee and avg food, I've had great food and avg coffee. But Frog gave me a great coffee and a great breakfast PLUS, the space is nice and the staff are friendly and attentive. If you're traveling through Owen Sound, make sure to stop in. Oh yah, the baked goods are insanely good!!
I really appreciate that this cafe has an amazing vegan option. And it’s good. Usually non vegans places will have a ‘ boring ‘ veggie sandwich. Not this place!! They have a wonderful hummus pesto on marble rye bread that is lightly grilled. This sandwich is so good that I talk about on the regular. The have dairy free options for their coffees , as well
Beautifully decorated, friendly service with all your favor coffee shop treats! Highly recommend if you are in Owen Sound.
