Love Starbucks in Owen Sound! The staff are amazing. Ana is amazing and is always cheerful and greeting customers by name. So nice! All the are fabulous however! The only thing that would make it better is having seasonal music playing this close to Christmas.
Great customer service! I was having a not so great day and I came through drive through to get a coffee. Ana greeted me with with a kind and genuine smile that went a long way and made my day a little better. She answered my questions patiently. Thank you Ana for your kindness
They made my chai latte with almond milk amazing. However, I was craving the peppermint mocha and they were all out. So- even though my drink was good it didn't quite satisfy my cravings and especially since it was 6.45, plus .80 for almond milk charge and tax it came to 7.06. This location is more $$ than the Mississauga, London and Vaughn locations I have been to they charge 6.25 plus .80 for almond milk plus tax. I am happy they had almond milk at least. A lot of locations have been out lately.

Stopped in this morning to grab a coffee before work and the staff there for opening were absolutely delightful! Wonderful vibes in the café, super friendly, quick, and welcoming service, and great at connecting with customers.
Always consistent. Even if there is a wait. I've never had a bad coffee. Thank you even when short staffed always a smile & humble.
This is your typical Starbucks affair. It's very open and roomy at this location. I'm used to Toronto, small cramped spaces so it was a welcome change. The staff was very friendly and quick. The store was quite empty, but it was dinner time onn a Friday night. It would be nice if they had some sort of a fireplace or a comfy nook at this location because it has so much space!
I love Starbucks don’t get me wrong, and i understand being sold out of items. But please don’t post it at the speaker, post it at the beginning of the drive thru so I don’t have to wait in a line for 20 minutes to find out you’re sold out of that item and then I’m stuck in a drive thru.
Mainstream coffee space. The coffee is what you would expect from big chain coffee. It was decent. Ideal for a quick stop as there are few line ups. Staff were excellent.Food: 3/5
All 5 stars are for Ana! She was so sweet and answered every question I had. She was incredibly thoughtful and was happy to chat while I waited for my items!
