My friend and I played an open mic night at Jazzmyns. First time. We enjoyed ourselves beyond a 5. Courteous and friendly. Pam, the owner, was amazing. We wanted and waited for nothing. The nachos were fantastic recommended by Jameson the chef . Shae hosted the open mic and made all the artists feel more than welcome. Thanks to all the Jazzmyns staff. It's a winning combination!! So...if you're looking for "that place" in Owen Sound. Jazzmyns won't let you down!!! Tiff and Mike
Except for a few visits to their back patio, it’d been for a while since we visited Jazzmyn’s because of Cove but we’ve enjoyed a few awesome meals since coming back! The chef is very creative & we’ve had some super cocktails too! Don’t let the outside fool you.
Watery overpriced cocktails, food wasn’t good the pad Thai is not anything close to pad Thai. Our server also didn’t even show us the bill before running our card, it was so odd and the total of the bill was much higher than I expected. Will not be going back.
On a Tuesday night we visited Owen Sound and liked the prospect of a jazzy themed restaurant with slightly upscale food. We walked in to see a cluster of bar flys. No live music and the piped in music wasn't even jazz. We opted to sit in the dining room. Not a quality dining room. We ordered yam chips and honey garlic wings as appetizers. Yam chips were overcooked and served with a blatantly obvious squeeze-bottle of tzatziki. The wings 10 were dry with a small cup of sauce on the side. They were served in under 10 minutes and we quickly realized that they were likely reheated from another order. Possibly from another day. Odd also was the fact they dimmed the already dim dining room lights just as we were served. I think they tried to mask things. We ate a couple of wings to figure things out but left immediately, leaving behind quite a bit of food. Full 15% to the waitress because none of this was her fault, and frankly should be saving for her future. We spent another 75 elsewhere and was very satisfied.
The patio is very nice. There was a band playing great songs with amazing solos. The beverages and food were delicious. The waitress made a wonderful bespoke coktail for my wife.
Friend took me here during my visit. It has a cute patio, but the waitress was rude and unfriendly, apparently she’s the owner. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future.
Very cool spot with a beautiful backyard patio. Food was not great though, seemed to be made with really cheap ingredients.Food: 3/5
Visiting Owen Sound on a trip with some friends. This restaurant was the best dining experience we had on our entire trip! If visiting Owen Sound you must check this place out. It was so good that we went back on our 2nd day in Owen Sound with the same great outcome! Great staff and amazing food!
