The food was fine but the place was filthy. There looked to be dried milkshake on the glass of the fridge, the menu had fly poo all over it and the steel was covered in months worth of handprints. It was around 10 o'clock and the manager was just chatting casually with the other staff members and it took a while to get served even though I was the only customer standing at the tills. Eventually a car rolled upto the window in the drive though and then I got served. I ate outside and this was the cleanest table I could find. Very lazy staff and manager. It could be better.
Mcdonald Boreham interchange. We came from London going to the beach, stop here to eat . The place is clean not much people around. We love Mcdonlads, the food was great! They have clean toilets and more tables out side and a play area? Not all mcdonalds has a play area outside. Also they have tablets for the kids to play. Also good spaces for parking. Staff are nice.
This is noticeably well run. Been in several times and the management were out on the floor talking to customers and cleaning up. Staff seem happy and smile at you. Makes you feel good!
Very cross!! A few days before Christmas I travelled from Havering to meet a friend at this McDonald’s in Chelmsford. We parked up separately & eat in the restaurant. We got chatting as we hadn’t seen each other for some months. We moved out to my friends car & stayed chatting. We had no idea there was a time limit in the car park & as customer's & not taxis or people using the car park to go shopping else where! We had no idea!! Now we both have parking fines just for meeting friends at Christmas!! Thanks a lot McDonald’s
Quick lunch stop before a long drive.. Ordering, delivery and paying for food very quick. Burger was good, fries poor, warm with hardly any salt. No sauce was offered nor napkins either. Expensive for what it was.Food: 3/5
Food was hot and tasty as always. By far the best McDonald's in my opinion in the UK. Always fast service and hot food. Fries still warm even after eating the rest of the meal. And somehow the food tastes better than other locations? Outstanding. I almost always use this as a drive through but have been in a few times and always seems clean and staff are friendly. Kid-friendliness: Kids play area outside Parking: Always lots of space, I've never seen the car park full, mostly used as a drive through. Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled spaces available and flat ground entry.
this is really good restaurant with five stars. Not much more to add. Food was hot and served fairly quickly. If I wold like to add anything more it would be well deserved five stars and people working in this place deserve five stars. Hot food served on time what else would you need. Everything in check.
Visit time 4:30am Awful. Had a collection order. Sat for nearly 15 minutes at the drive thru intercom waiting to be served hello by hello into multiple times, but all I heard was the workers laughing and joking messing around. I drove to the first window to be rudely addressed telling me I needed to wait at the intercom to be served I told them I had waited ages and then gave my code. After another 10 minute wait they brought my food out and without checking I drove off. They gave me the complete wrong order. Because they were too busy counting straws and messing around they can’t even get a simple order correct. Not the level of service you expect. When I returned 10 mins later to bring it back to get correct order the so called manager just refused to change it stating it’s my issue not his. And customer service is also not helpful in dealing with a complaint.
I understand we have to start somewhere. However they have kids under 18 running the place everyone stands still, not a manager in sight and are not listening to each other but would rather play than prepare customers food. The worst service I ever got at a McDonald’s.
Ordered at the drive thru, half the order was missing. When I went in with my receipt and the bag of food I had been given - a member of staff called me a liar and started swearing behind the counter to her colleagues. Manager came over, barely said two words then gave me the replacements - no apology for the inconvenience nor the attitude I was met with. The whole experience was pretty insane.
