Dunkin'

Decent location for being the only one in town that I was aware of. The drive-thru line is always long so DD could easily open another location. My order is black with no sugar and even still it would be wrong probably 20% of the time. Either way, it was better than any Starbucks run I had in town.

The food and drinks is always good I always have a issues with there service... I got rang up by Cameron today I order a larger ice coffee with 4 creamer 4 French vanilla swirls 5 liquid sugar I got the swirls and sugar no creamer.... I also got the maple bacon Sw with hashbrowns... got the sandwich no hashbrowns...Food: 4/5

Order accuracy not always on point, always check your bag/ drink before leaving drive thru. Food is typically pretty good, except the bacon, it's usually raw still from rushed employees. Always polite and prompt in correcting errors. Good place to go, just check your stuff before eating it.

We come to this location daily. We always get really good customer service. Everytime Crystal takes our order through drive thru she knows our order before we finish ordering our first drink! To me that is impressive since they serve 100's of customers and she remembers ours. Great job guys!!!!

I understand it's Christmas Day, but I sat in the drive thru line for 35 mins only to have them ask me when I got to window, "do you remember what you ordered?". After 35 minutes in line, I left with only a small lid of Whipped Cream for my dog! Zero Stars given if possible.Food: 1/5

I think they could have done much better blending in the sugar. Simple drink order was too much this time. Peanut butter cup macchiato wasn't good either. Not sure why this place is so busy with a terrible parking lot and poor products but I learned my lesson, make your own coffee.

First time coming to this location. We are from Oregon, drove to Missouri for vacation. Headed back home and wanted to get coffee. Walked in and I stood at the register for 5 min before being addressed. When I placed my order, Emily was rude. When she made the coffee and then gave it to me she had an attitude and proceeded to slam them on the counter and push them forward and walk off. I called to talk to a manager and she didn't seem to care about anything I was saying. If I was dunkin, I would want associates with better customer service. It's ok to have a bad day, but from the looks of the other reviews for this location, this isn't the first complaint, and most likely won't be the last unless a change is made.

Ordered online but they didn’t have the doughnuts that were available on the app. I requested that they just take them off of the order then but they said that they couldn’t and I had to call customer service. I tried calling customer service during normal working hours and it said that they could not accept my call at this time and hung up. At this point they just stole my money essentially.

I have been going to this Dunkin since they opened, but sadly since the last management left about 2 years ago this place has gone downhill terribly. Constant disappointment, badly made coffee, burnt food. Better place to go would be Roots Coffee or 7brew, don’t waste your time here.

Oh boy I almost forgot about how delicious a great angel cream filled powder sugar donut is. Matter fact I eat a lot of donuts and im saying Dunkin’ nailed it with this particular donut ! Yum yum so soft and simply delicious !
