Mocha Emporium

I always get my Blueberry coffee here. The staff is great. Best place to enjoy some great rich coffee. Much more better than your typical DDs.Food: 5/5

First and last time here. Went in for breakfast and waited ten minutes to order. On a sign it said a breakfast sandwich was $3.99, so I ordered one. I was charged $6.50, which the person behind the counter said was because I got a bagel. I asked for a receipt and he did not give me an itemized one. It's just a few dollars and a breakfast sandwich, but the least to ask for is up front pricing. Egg and ham were both cold in the middle.

I love this coffee shop. From the cafe vanilla and the smoothies down to the hot chocolate and delicious cakes...

Soulful coffee and a really wonderful visit. If I lived here, this would probably become my regular coffee joint. I've never had as good of a cup of coffee made for me as I did here. I mean, it was GOOD. I ordered a soy latte and the bean flavor was highly present and balanced, and not overly sweetened by the soy milk. The man behind the cashier was quiet and kind, made excellent iced teas for my two friends and made my coffee. He asked me if I wanted cinnamon added to mine which I enthusiastically said yes too. That added a nice kick of spice to the latte. 10/10 highly recommend. The spot itself was an interesting place too!

Great smoothies and coffee drinks. Relaxing for works and work/study. Some of the metal chairs are uncomfortable, but there are nice cushioned available too no table then though.

I recently moved to downtown Springfield. And I was looking for a good coffee spot to go to before getting to class. I went inside here and was greeted by the nicest guy. And the mocha chino was amazing. Probably one of the best coffees I've had. And that's saying alot. I work for a coffee company.

The man at the front counter I believe the owner went above and beyond for us. Just a great guy and that kind of courtesy is rare nowadays. And my sister wasn’t a fan of her coffee choice and he gave her a chai for free to try. Just very kind and accommodating. I never write reviews and unfortunately people only like writing negative reviews nowadays. Just an overall refreshing experience you’ll never get from one of those chains. Highly recommended. Very pleasant gentleman behind counter 5plus fine experience.so good I would love to work there customer service is key. I've been in it all my life. More establishment's should be so good.

I really miss the Eastfield mall location because it was very convenient and plenty of parking. The Mocha Delight is amazing! If you are in the area, give it a try.

Lovely staff and nice shady outdoor seating by a gorgeous mural. I ordered the mochachino assuming I should get a mocha menu item and it wasn't great. I am a latte drinker but this one, while sweet, was overly bitter and strong. Doesn't seem to be made properly. The homemade baklava was tasty! I probably won't be back.
