Really just an unfortunate outing. The employees were helpful when they had the time to help me in between larger orders, but the food and order I received were lacking to say the least. At first I was just missing the cheese on my McCrispy I ordered, add cheese, but then after going at getting that I started on my daily double and was greeted by the mushiest tomatoes I've had in a long time. Along with this, the fries themselves were underwhelming as well, tasting fresh but devoid of any salt or flavor.
This specific store has gotten worse year after year. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The only reason I ever bother to go here is my wife for some reason likes mcdonalds better than the other options and it's close to my house.
Once Again... I ordered a Large Iced Mocha Frappe and got an iced coffee & a medium fry. This happens 4 out of 5 times. The French Fries were great. The guy at the window was super nice and fixed my order right away, I didn't even have to pull up and wait! Just problems with employees taking the order Food: 3/5
I love the Iced Caramel Macchiato when they make it the way I like it! This time the girl that made my drink did a fantastic job!Food: 5/5
Went to McDonald's today and seen 2 garbage bins outside both full. One of which was in the drive thru line. Just to makes you wonder if there that lazy to take the garbage to the dumpster. What does the inside of the store looks like.
Worst experience ever. 2 double cheese burgers, 2 fries and a 6 pc nugget. First my son pulls off some fabric off his burger then his first bit he has to spit out because “whatever they put on this is sour”.
Call to remedy an order and I was offered a coupon sent to my home. After I was getting off the phone and I said I expected better of the place I heard the manager or state that she did not care. In my line of work expecting better is paramount as I hold peoples lives in my hand every day. They should also be a high priority even in food service. You do not deserve $15 an hour to serve me food and screw it up if I deserve only $15 an hour to save your life
Stayed in town for business and for a week straight they messed up every order I had. That manger Travis with the no hair on top needs better training. You don't tell a customer it's not your fault when it's your floor. I don't even want a gift card because yal will keep messing up.
Store was slammed during a post soccer game rush. My sandwhich was messed up in all of the chaos, but they corrected the issue quickly and without any grief. Pleasant experience overall. Food was hot and fresh too.
Just wanted a coffee to go. Waited in the line for the drive up window forever and the coffee was barely warm by the time they handed it to meService: 2/5
