Dalilah at the front desk is so helpful. She was able to help us today with a pretty difficult order and did it with a smile. Her personality radiates positivity, and her humor is appreciated. Haven’t had service that was all around so great in so long. Keep it up!
They really don't care about breakfast. Cold sandwiches, hot fries, watered down soda. I was the only one in line and they still asked me to pull forward to and they would bring my meal out to me...which is really just a way to have their drive thru times low Update 20201125 I came for lunch and the chicken sandwich was amazing. Fries hot and flavorful. And great customer service. They need a double drive thru be it gets slammed at lunch. But now I know why- the lunch crew does a much better job than the breakfast staff
This is the only wendys I'll eat at, their food quality and customer service is way better than the one closer to me. Well worth the drive.
Took 20 minutes to get our Dine in order, the drive thru was wetsuits around the building. Staff were working hard but didn't have kitchen properly stocked. They ran out of Frosties too but we had already paid for them so we have to go back another day to get them.
Drive thur, I will say that yours is that fastest out of all the other places around!! I have came many of times for lunch, never missing things from my bag like other burger places. Thank you for keeping fast moving and kind staff around!!
Pulled up to drive thru at 11:49 pm. Lights still on. Sign still light up open. I called into the store at 11:51 pm. No one answered. Guy comes on the speaker at 11:53 pm saying they are closed. Only two of them working. Only one of me in the cr. I couldn't order a chicken nugget. Chang your hours on the website if you're closing early
People working there are as slow as sloths. Food is underwhelming, lobby is a mess. Management is garbage.
Quick service. Love the Dave's lemonade!! Best place for me to get fast food salad.
